He called her here. A spark of hatred burned in her jade green eyes as she focused on he disguised brunette. She can't remember when the feud started between the two in too much detail. She just knew his words had devastated her when a simple no would have sufficed. Her broken heart turned hard as stone. She was going with the way the way things were according to him.
"What do you want?" She spat, venom seething through her her words. He sighed and scanned her defensive figure.
"Look." He started. "We need to work together if you want to defeat her. The auburn clad hero admitted. "I don't know what I did to deserve this treatment but it has gone on for far too long." He added with annoyance in his voice and prevalent in his features.
"You started it when you when I told you I like you. I guess when your prize is attained, you are ready to just move on." She said with a dry chuckle.
"Is that what this is all about?" He asked as his eyes softened letting out a light chuckle of his own. "You never let me finish that day. I don't like you, I love you. I don't think you're pretty, you are absolutely beautiful. I wouldn't cry if you left, I would die, and I almost did." He finished. She gave a small smile.
"Now that's been sorted, should we defeat the villain?" He kissed her before nodding.
