"Now now, yelling at me won't help."

The blond-haired male said with his hands up like he was trying to protect himself from the shorter girl that was turning red from the rage she felt.

"You idiot, what if that girl betrays us? Do you want the both of us to die?!"

Yusari sighed loudly before rubbing her forehead as chishiya spoke.

"She wouldn't, she seems like she wants to escape this place like us. Remember, if we gain everyone's trust it will be easier to throw them into our plan and betray them."

Yusari glared at the male and slowly turned around to walk around his room, she noticed a few different things in his room. For example, he had a lamp and she didn't or maybe his couch was yellow while hers was white.

Even though Yusari knows this is a safe zone she feels like something is wrong in this place, it's not the place by its looks but the vibes this place gives are not good.

"Hatter called us, he told us to come to visit his office when we have time."
Chishiya said as stared at the stunning girl with long golden brown hair and flaming blue eyes.

"Who is Hatter?"
Yusari said as she turned around and leaned on the wall beside her, she stared at Chishiya who was sitting on the edge of his bed, his hands were on his knees as he stared at Yusari right in her eyes.

"He's the boss of this entire place, the one who allows all useless humans to relax here and have freedom."

The girl smirked as she put her hands on her hips.

"Well, what are we waiting for, let's meet this so-called Hatter."

"Nice to finally meet the owners of the diamonds and hearts cards,"
Hatter said referring to the 7 of diamonds and 6 of hearts cards that Yusari and Chishiya earned.

"So you took our cards?"
Asked the golden brown-haired girl as she stared at the man with no emotion on her soft pale face.
For some reason Yusari's face was always pale, it looked like she was dead but really she wasn't.

"You mean "our" cards?"
Hatter said as he sat on the end of the wooden table, he really is the boss of this place.

"Anyways, welcome to the Beach, the utopia."
The hatter had sunglasses that covered his eyes, he was wearing a swimsuit and his hair was long and brown.

"There are only three rules on this utopian beach." Said Hatter as he stood up and raised three fingers.

Hatter walked around two best friends that sat still on the chair, one was sitting with their back straight and one was relaxed and sat like they are watching a movie on the couch.

" Rule number one. You must always wear swimsuits at the beach, you can't hide your forearms." Hatter smirked as he looked at Yusari, her eyes were narrowed at the thought of wearing a revealing swimsuit. That made her extremely uncomfortable and both Chishiya and she knew why.

" You're free to drink, take drugs, or even have sex!"

Chishiya rubbed his hand, 'So he is making this place look like a world without rules.'

"Rule number two. All playing cards belong to the Beach."

The girl glared at the guy knowing exactly what he meant.

"By the Beach, you mean you right? Our cards are now yours?"

The girl sat straight her chin in her hand as she read the guy like a book, he seemed like he was so relaxed but behind that fake face, there is something that he was hiding.

"Well, aren't you so smart? I would invite you to be one of my special girls but I see that someone already likes you."

In her mind Yusari puked, she knew well what he meant by "special girls" and that made her disgusted.

"It would amazing if you could move on to the next rule, don't you think?"
Chishiya asked already getting annoyed of the womanizer."

"Rule number three. Death to the traitors, everyone at the Beach vowed to produce the first departure of this country at the cost of our lives."

When the man turned around Yusari pinned her head to look at Chishiya who had a relaxed look on his face, sadly she couldn't read because Chishiya's face was really hard to read.

Chishiys noticed her gaze which caused him to look back, Yusari narrowed her eyes at him which caused him to smirk.

Yusari quickly looked back at Hatter who was now walking back to his chair.

"Those are three rules you must follow, but you can do anything else."

Hatter sat on the chair and relaxed, his hand holding his head as he stared at Chishiya and Yusari.

"The meeting is over, you may leave."
