"Yusa, come over here!"

The eight-year-old girl heard her mother calling her over, the youthful girl ran down the stairs with a broad smile on her face.

"Mommy!"
The mother of the energetic girl got caught in a gentle hug, and both girls chuckled.

"Sweetheart, where is your dad?"
The older woman asked Yusari, and the mention of her father caused her happy energy to darken.
Young Yusa didn't like her dad very much especially when he would get home and order the girl to get him some beer while he does nothing but sit on the couch all day long.
He wouldn't even give the poor child food.

"Mommy if I tell you, do you swear that you and daddy won't shout?"
Asked the poor girl with a tiny frown on her squishy face.
The mother enlarged her eyes at her daughter's words she knew that the girl would hear some fights happen when her father would get too drunk, but the mother never expected the young girl to hide her father so he stayed away.

"Oh sweetie, I promise that your dad and I will be nice."
Smiled the mother while kneeling to caress the squishy cheek of the cute girl.

"Hey! Kid where is the beer I wanted!?"
Yusari heard her father which caused her to flinch at his sudden yelling, silently the mother told the girl to go upstairs, close the door to her room and turn on her tv.
And Yusari did what she was told, the girl was worried that her parents would fight but then again her mother promised not to.

What the young innocent girl didn't hear was her father throwing a bottle of beer at the mother that got hit with it causing her to black out.

The lights blinded Yusari when she opened her eyes, the girl was confused about her surroundings but soon everything came back to her.
She sat up looking around her surroundings, she saw bloody tissues, alcohol, and some tweezers.
A lot of other things were scattered around the floor most were bloody, Yusari was laying down on the floor with a pillow supporting her head.

"You awake?"
Yusari heard a familiar voice ask her a question to which she only nodded in answer, the girl turned her head around only to see the familiar blond-haired boy kneel next to her and put his hand on her cheek, and gently pull her into a passionate kiss.
Yusari closed her eyes happy to see Chishiya once again, she didn't know what happened after she blacked out but all she did know was that Chishiya helped her like she thought he would.
When the air tightened the couple pulled away from each other.

Yusari smiled at the guy who had a serious look on his face but deep down she knew that he was worried for her.

Yusari could hear a lot of yelling and fighting happening in the lobby but not that she cared, Chishiya noticed the girl look down at the lobby so he said.

"Arisu managed to survive and he's now yelling at Aguni."
Chishiya went back to picking up all the stuff from the floor and throwing it away.

"Hey, don't touch your shoulder."
The boy grabbed the girl's hand before she could touch the bandage, Yusari flinched at the sudden hand grabbing her own.

"First, you go and try to help Ann. Second, you get shot like an idiot and decide to run carelessly not knowing if someone might shoot you again."
Madly said Chishiya, he was irritated with the girl's actions and he couldn't keep it inside anymore. It wasn't fair for him to yell at her after she struggled to survive but it had to be done so she doesn't make the same mistake.
