Jason's POV:
I joined the others in the cafeteria and found Ryan and Aesira already fighting for some Caeser salad.

"Hey man! It's my job to annoy her" I frowned at Ryan.
He rolled his eyes playfully at me,"apologies your majesty. My poor little soul had no i- Hey!" He was cut off by Aesira,who had snatched the salad from his hands.
I suppressed a smile.

"It's mine,you moron. If you want it,you gotta pay for it" she glared at Ryan who pouted.

We all sat around the table,with me being between Diego and Vi.

"Guys,we need to do a sleepover" Vivienne,who was busy on her phone suddenly said.

We all spoke up together.
"You need to get yourself a boyfriend Vi"

"We just meet everyday,you dumbass"

"I met you 3 times yesterday!"

"You really can't live without us?"

"Shut up" Every face turned towards the old buddy who didn't bother saying hello but was now sitting on the empty chair.
Ryan grinned. "So how'd the date go?"

One look from the man and my bro slumped back into his chair and had all of us snickering at his poor attempt.

Vivienne cleared her throat. "So! Back to the lovely talk we were just having. We need a sleepover asap cause" and then she rotated the phone towards us and all of us stared wide eyed at the screen.
Vivienne continued "cause Enola Holmes part 2 is out"

All of us got excited together.
I know what you're thinking. But Enola Holmes 1 was the movie that all of us had watched together at a sleepover and it was one of the best nights of my entire life.

That was the day when I was confirmed that I liked Aesira. WAIT WAIT WAIT... SCRATCH THAT. I DO NOT LIKE NO ONE.

"Guys we need to have one" Vivienne repeated but this time,all of us nodded,even Diego. Azar was probably thinking about Raelle. I hardly knew what went in that man's mind.

Suddenly,Diego stood up. "I'll be right back"
Then,he tugged my jacket and left.I got up and left too,telling them that I was going to the bathroom.

"What's up,man?" I looked at him when we reached outside.

Diego's POV:
I despised it when someone messed with my friends. They were my family,it didn't matter that we aren't related by blood.

I wasn't a fool,I knew the look Jason always gives Aesira,so he was the only person with whom I could share this information right now. We did not have time.

I took out my phone when Jason came outside.
"What's up,man?" He seemed confuse but when I handed him over my phone and he had a good look,his jaw tightened.

"WHO THE-"
"Calm down man. You know I can fix this. This is probably another of Lucy's evil plans. I just need you to keep a look out until I do the work."

Jason jerked his right hand frustratingly into his hair,his bucket hat now in his left one.

Someone had swapped Aesira's chemistry grades and now instead of having an A*,she had an F. I knew how he felt towards her,how Jason had stopped trying to top his classes when he begin to like Aesira so I knew this would get him even more frustrated.
Bro didn't know what he was getting himself into.

"Cool. What do I do,don't we need someone else to help me keep others out?"

As if on cue,Ryan came out and stood right beside us.
"I'm in"

Jason and I looked at him.
He blinked back innocently,"what?"

When we continued to stare at him,he sighed. "Yeah,okay fine. I was eavesdropping. Now,what's the plan?"
