"So you and Minho?" My mom asks as I help put away dishes.

I stop and turn to her, swallowing harshly "I-Is it that obvious?"

she smiles softly "You know I love that boy, he's a good kid"

I lean on the counter and look down, nodding "Yeah, I think I'm realizing that now"

"What happened with Dylan?" She asks and I look back up.

She dries her hand and waits for me to spill. I sigh and just figure there was no use in hiding it from her. "He cheated"

She didn't seem so surprised but still, she frowns and puts her hand on my shoulder, giving me a small squeeze.

"I'm sorry to hear that sweetheart"

I shrug "It's whatever, I think it was time for us to end things anyways"

She looks at me and smiles "So when did this happen between you and Minho?"

Mom was someone I trusted a lot with everything. I was never the type to hide things from her and I always appreciated how she never judged me.

"Can I be honest with you?"

"Of course, sweetheart"

"The girl Minho was dating at the time is the girl Dylan was seeing," I said and this surprised mom, her eyebrows raised and I continued "When I saw them together I might have looked for Minho and kissed him"

"I never knew you were such a bold person" Mom laughed and I shook my head.

"I'm usually not"

"But with Minho, you are" I shook my head.

"No" and she looks at me more seriously "I don't know, am I?"

She smiles at me and sighs, but before she can speak up again, someone enters the kitchen. Making us look at them and he just stood there awkwardly. "Look at the time, I should go water the garden" Minho and I chuckle as mom scurried out of the kitchen and put on the back door.

"I sense I was the topic of the conversation" He spoke with a smug look, leaning onto the island.

"Don't be so full of yourself, it's not cute"

Minho laughs loudly and I lean onto the island. Standing cross from him. The only thing keeping us apart is the counter and the thick tension that surrounded us.

"Don't lie to yourself, you know I'm way more than cute"

I snort and put a hand over my mouth "No but the way you are so delusion is cute"

Minho smirks "I'll take what I can get"

I roll my eyes "Of course, you will"

The air thickens as I notice how intense his gaze on me was. I stand up straight, making Minho speak up, saying "If I tell you something, promise to keep it between us"

I grew curious and nodded "Yeah, of course" I lean on the counter again, waiting to hear.

"I know who Felix is seeing" He smirks.

My eyebrows raise and I smile "Who? I need to know if he's a good fit for my best friend" Minho's gaze moves to the counter, "Tell me, Tell me!" I said eagerly.

Minho looks at me and laughs "Okay" He says, "It's Chan"

I froze, "What?"
