TW: mentions of death, needles, blood, fighting, blood, mention of surgery

POV: Poltergeist
The bell had rung. I saw the fear in my opponent's eyes as they heard my name, I knew they wouldn't go down without a fight but I also knew they were fighting to win, not to survive like I was. They surged forward, and I ducked under the first one's punch. A hit to the jaw, and the muzzle on me snapped off. I chuckled, swinging my arms and grinning at the sickening crunch that the chains met when they hit my opponent's skull. The rest of the group stepped back, they were fighters but they weren't dumb. They were going to wear my stamina down with the weaker ones, leave the big victory to the heavy-hitters.
Good. I wanted a good fight, if I was fighting for this much. Risking a glance up to my boys in the watching stand, I saw the fear, horror and concern in their eyes and expressions. They were terrified of what would happen here. I turned by attention back to my opponents, two men easily 800lbs of muscle and murderous intent. I was woozy from the blood loss from earlier, dizzy from the quick movement of killing the first man. Staggering, I glared at them, before surging forward, locking my teeth into the neck of one and tearing out his throat. Spitting the flesh out at the next man, I saw deep fear and terror as he took in my freshly-carved cheeks.
The next few kills were a blur of blood, tearing sounds, and crunches. Until I stared down the final opponent: a scrawny, tall boy, likely no older than me. He was shaking, staring at me as if I was a rabid animal. He could easily be putting up a front, but I could tell from having been in the same position that he wasn't. I rushed him, despite getting dizzier by the second. I glanced up at Tolu, finding him missing and me boys all wearing gas masks. I smirked a little, before whispering to the man under me, "Pretend I killed you, and you'll survive." A small, terrified head nod, and his body spasmed before going limp. I stood up, looking everyone in the crowd in the eyes as I raised my still-chained hands high over my head. A chorus of cheers, and in less then 30 seconds 2 gas masks were dropped to me and the boy under me as the crowd started to go quiet.
I yanked the kid up, handing him the mask before putting on my own. 5 shadows fell apon the crowd, as every soldier passed out in their seats. Two ropes were lowered by the tallest ones, the rest helping Ghost, Soap and König to their feet. I led the kid to the ropes, beginning to climb up. He exchanged a fearful glance at me and the two people wreathed in black clothes and tactical gear before following me up on the rope next to me. Strong hands lifted me up onto the concrete floor, helping steady me. Looking up, I saw the three others in black unlocking Ghost, Soap and König's chains, handing their masks to them. The world was so dizzy, my body felt light.
I stepped away from the person helping hold me up once my chains were unlocked, leading everyone out of the Gauntlet. Once we were all in a hallway, I took off my mask and leaned against the wall. A warm hand landed on my shoulder, and I looked up to see Ghost. "You shouldn't be moving right now Poltergeist." I waved a hand dismissively at him, my throat and chest burned, my mouth still felt like that acidic ass fruit was in it. A soft cough and I looked up to see the 5 people in black looking at me expectantly. I smirked. "Good work, Black Sparrows. Numbers?" Soap, Ghost and König looked at me in shock that I knew them, but the Sparrows all kneeled down on one knee, taking off their helmets as a sign of respect to me. The two tall people stood up afterwards, their long black hair combed back in buns.
The only distinction between the two was a white stripe on the left and right sides of their faces. "006 and 007, code-name Twins, at your service Boss. Hollow and Bough, also here. Shadow as medic." I gave them both a curt nod. "Good to have you. Tolu's location?" "Formerly your torture chamber boss, guarded by 020, code Falcon." Ghost gently grabbed my shoulder, making me face him. "Poltergeist you'd better start explaining." Soap's hand on his shoulder distracted him. "Ghost, let him explain later. He clearly knows them, they called him Boss for fuck's sake. Right now, the less amount of talking he does, the better."
