Author's Note: Welcome to the final chapter! :]
Sorry for it being so so late, truth be told I've had this chapter written since July, but I forgot my password to my Wattpad account when I moved and it took me forever to get back in. There will be an 'epilogue' of sorts (I have a draft here so I think I had one planned??) after this but as of now, this is the final chapter in this story. If y'all want, I do have some ideas for a König/Arthur's POV-only fic that would take place after this one, lemme know if it's something y'all are interested in :]

POV: Poltergeist
It felt nice, to have a break from everything. The one thing I didn't account for was the Twins. I had gotten stoned before - had a tendency to see things every time - but this was.. different. My head comfortably on Arthur's lap, and some metal brain puzzle in my hands - courtesy of Simon - and my body feeling lighter then ever. But when I heard Terrance's voice whisper, "Try turning the knob to the right." I nearly lost it. I spared a glance to my left, to see him comfortably sitting on the empty nightstand. I tensed, but otherwise managed to keep my self-control before trying what he suggested. The puzzle made a clicking noise, before part of it fell off. Arthur noticed my jolt, glancing at me before asking, "Geht es dir gut, Zero?" I manage to nod, setting to work on the second part of the puzzle as Simon reached over, stealing one of my hands to gently naw on in place of his now-eaten snacks. Odd. Out of the four of us, I expected Johnny to be the munchie stoner. Yet it seems like Simon and Johnny's personalities are flipped, with Johnny content to play with Simon's hair.
Arthur, on the other hand, hadn't stopped talking about seemingly everything and anything. First with deadly sea creatures that he liked - Johnny had chuckled a bit with that - and now with riddles. In the meantime, I was content to listen to his ramblings while working my way through a small box of metal brain puzzles Simon had given me. I hadn't even finished one when Sylvia - leaning against the doorway - said, "You know, you've just gotta turn the hook-shaped piece right a few times, right?" I couldn't help rolling my eyes and sending a glare of Stop giving me the answers before trying her trick and completing the puzzle. Simon - seeing the glare - spoke up and asked, "What're you glaring at, Z?" I raised an eyebrow, before saying dismissively, "Nothin', thought I saw a spider. Just a piece of dust." Simon believed it, shrugging and going back to toying with my hand as Sylvia snarked, "Ouch, rude." For the moment I ignored her, now too focused on why she and Terrance would be here, if nothing was wrong.
I didn't get to think it over for long before I caught movement out of the corner of my eye. Turning my head to follow it, I spotted a familiar figure grinning from the darker corner of the room: Tolu. I felt my body tense as I stared at his now-mangled form, his grin still clear and menacing as I vaguely felt my breathing pick up, before Arthur asked, "Was ist falsch? Zero?" I forced my attention away from Tolu, looking up at Arthur and only saying, "Everything's okay, Arthur." "Bullshit." Simon spoke up, seeming more sober somehow as he looked at me. "You look like you did in the gym." I feel my breath catch at the memory - of Simon and Johnny helping me through a panic attack despite my strange methods of coping - before I manage to say softly, "I'm fine Simon, promise."
"No yer not." Johnny. He looked over at me, saying in a calm yet worried tone, "First ye glared at nothing, and now yer tense and struggling to take a deep breath. Tell us the truth, Z." Fuck.. he could read me better then I thought. I couldn't help glancing back at Tolu, feeling panic steadily rising in my chest as I look back at Johnny. There must've been something that changed on my face, because in an instant Simon and Johnny were flanking me, Simon blocking my sight of Tolu. I barely felt Johnny's hand come to rest on my thigh, before Simon said, "Do you need help luv?" I tried to hold back tears as I nodded, before Simon's hand came to rest on my throat. I felt Arthur tensing under me at what was happening, but I didn't have long to try and explain before Simon's hand started to apply pressure.
