"It's perfect."
___________________________________A week later...
Blue was finishing up the last of her rounds and was submitting the last of her discharge paperwork at the nurses' station when Ethan walked up to her, having done for the day as well.
"Do you really have to stay with your friends tonight?" Ethan asked her as they both started making their way down to the atrium. Blue chuckled, nudging him teasingly.
"It's just one night, baby." she told him. "Besides, you won't be alone. While we girls have a night in, you and the guys will be having a night out."
"And I'll still have to sleep without you next to me." he argued. Blue had to stop herself from laughing at the way he was practically sulking at the fact that she was having a sleepover with her friends at the apartment they all used to share.
"You can always invite the guys back to our apartment for a sleepover too!" Blue grinned, finally laughing when Ethan rolled his eyes. "Well, it's also a good opportunity to ask them to be our bridal and groom parties."
Ethan pondered over it for a second, before nodding.
"You have a point." he replied, wrapping his arm around her shoulder and pulling her close to him. "But I'm picking you up first thing in the morning tomorrow."
"Alright." Blue laughed, leaning up to kiss his cheek affectionately.
"What? Are you trying to hog Blue from us again, Ramsey?" Jackie called out to Ethan from where the group of friends were waiting for them at the front of the atrium.
"Worth a try." Ethan replied, earning chuckles from them.
"C'mon man, we'll be of much better company." Bryce said as he patted Ethan's back.
"I highly doubt that's possible." Ethan said, making Bryce let out a look of mock offense much to everyone's amusement.
"We better get going before Ethan changes his mind." Sienna said, hurrying the girls out to head back to the shared apartment.
"And that leaves..." Elijah said as Ethan and Bryce turned to him. "Just us three?"
Before either of them could respond to him, the trio saw Tobias and Baz walking out, chatting and laughing with each other.
"Hey guys! Heading home too?" Baz called out to them.
"Out for a drink actually." Bryce answered.
"Actually... would you two like to join us?" Ethan found himself asking the two of them.
"Wait, Ethan Ramsey voluntary asking people out for a drink with him?" Tobias clarified dramatically.
"I'm about to change my mind--"
"Alright, I'm in." Tobias cut him off with a grin, making Ethan roll his eyes playfully.
"How about you, Baz?" Ethan asked.
"Sure!" Baz responded with a chuckle. "It's the weekend anyways."
"Alright, let's go!" Elijah cheered, turning to Ethan. "To Donahue's?"
"Actually..." Ethan trailed as he thought of another location. "Let's go someplace different..."

"It's so peaceful without the male species in here." Jackie said as she plopped herself onto the pillows that were splattered out in the living room.
