The next day...

"Flight FA 441 to Paris departs in 30 minutes."

"And that's your cue, Mr. and Mrs Ramsey." Bryce said as the entire Edenbrook crew turned to the newly wedded couple.

They had all gathered at Miami airport, with Blue and Ethan already having bid farewell and sending off some of their guests that morning, and now here they were about to part ways with their friends and family taking the flight back to Boston while they set off for their honeymoon.

"Honeymooning in Paris is such a dream, enjoy yourselves you two!" Sienna exclaimed as she squeezed Blue into a tight hug before hugging Ethan as well.

"I'm so jealous that you two get to see the Eiffel Tower everyday while we got to go back to work..." Jackie lamented, though lightheartedly. "But have fun and take lot of pictures while you two are not doing... ahem you know what."

The rest of them laughed as Blue and Ethan flushed red with the latter shaking his head at her remark.

"The last part aside, Jackie's right!" Kyra added. "We'll all be living vicariously through you so do send us lots of pics!"

"We sure will." Blue responded with a chuckle as she hugged all her friends. "Be good while I'm gone."

"Don't worry, Mom." Elijah replied playfully. "We'll make sure to keep Bryce out of trouble."

"Hey! Why am I being singled out?" Bryce exclaimed, much to all their amusement though he added, "Now that they're the first and only ones married, Blue and Ethan are officially now the parents of our entire friend group."

"Do not include me." Tobias said as the guys tried to squeeze him into the group of friends. "I refuse to call Ethan 'Daddy'."

At once, everyone laughed as Ethan rolled his eyes with a chuckle of his own.

"Trust me Tobias, I definitely do not want you calling me that either." he bantered back, making Tobias laugh as well before the two friends embraced. "Thank you for helping me lead the diagnostics team and cover up for us for the next two weeks." he told him sincerely.

"Hey, I've got both Harper and Baz, even Naveen around if I ever need help with the team. It's hardly a chore Ethan, you and Hunter have worked hard in the past few weeks leading up to your wedding just to make sure the team is ahead of cases and that the workload is not as much on us." Tobias reassured Ethan in response, laying a warm hand on his shoulder. "This is the least we can do for you two. Don't worry and just enjoy yourselves for the next two weeks. You both deserve it."

Smiling gratefully, Ethan embraced his friend once more, as they said the last of their goodbyes to their friends.

"Take care of yourself and Blue, son." Alan told Ethan as the latter turned to regard his parents. "Don't worry about Jenner, your mom and I will take good care of him till you two are back."

"Thanks Dad." Ethan smiled, embracing both his parents as Blue did the same.

"Like your friends said, take lots of pictures for memories." Adriana told the couple when they got to the Hunters. "Your honeymoon period only comes once."

"And the biggest challenge of marriage is keeping that period alive even beyond that." Owen added as an advice as he looked at his own wife with love. "But knowing you two, I'm sure you'll be great together till the end of the line."
