Hoseok was alone in his dance studio. He was practicing for his solo dance competition.

After hours of practice, he was tired. He sat down on the wooden floor, gulping the whole 500ml bottle down his throat.

As usual, after practice he called Yoongi.
But today, Yoongi wouldn't pick up.
He tried calling again, but still no response. He was kinda pissed.
Eversince he had seen pictures of Jimin in yoongi's phone, he was more alert and observant. Those few days he had only been overthinking.

He had observed how jimin's smile always disappeared when he talked about yoongi doing anything for him.
He had observed how he always avoided topics about them.
He thought that was because he hated Yoongi before but now it felt more like a jealousy from jimin's side.
He remembered how he wanted to be friends with Yoongi the first day they met but they only ended up clashing.

Well to add more to it yoongi never really asked hoseok out on an actual date. He always just called it a meet. It was never a date.
They did flirt but everytime hoseok tried to get closer, yoongi would make it awkward by backing off.
It was good, good between them but it didn't feel like there was anything other than friendship.

At this point hoseok just questioned everything.
Past few days when they were on call, Yoongi must've mentioned Jimin atleast 3 to 4 times, randomly! Out of nowhere!
Why would he do that.

And now, exactly at this moment when he was overthinking everything, he had to go through his Instagram and come across yoongi's post.

It was jimin's room. Hoseok knew it, obviously!
Now what was he doing there?
Hoseok swallowed the lump in his throat. He felt a sting in his heart, he didn't even know the whole situation, but it was just his mind playing games.

He called Jimin right away to know what was up. He just hoped Jimin would pick up but that did not happen. He knew if he sat there overthinking, he would end up crying. Instead he got up washed his face locked the studio and left for home.

He was mad, so mad. He wanted to go to jimin's place and confront them.
But he chose to go home and not think about it much.
His phone started ringing.

Hoseok stopped his car, it was Yoongi calling.
He wondered if he should pick up the call, because duh! He was mad.
But he ended up picking the call.
~ hobaaa. Yoongi was excited.
~ hey hyung. His tone was low.
~ what happened, you okay? Yoongi was worried.
~ yeah!
~ where's the energy?
~ just exhausted.
~ where are you?
~ driving home.
~ alright, get home and text me.
He hung up saying that.

"What the hell was that? Why did he call me if he didn't want to talk?" He scoffs.

Hoseok reaches home, he parks his car and walks towards the door.
He stops suddenly as his eyes fall on Yoongi standing in front of him.
- hyung? What are you doing here?

Yoongi smiles at him, showing hoseok the paper bag in his hand.
- what's this? Hoseok asked.
- Hamburger and Sprite. Yoongi smiled.
- hyuuungg. Hoseok was touched. He looked at Yoongi with puppy eyes. You're the best you know.
- am I? Yoongi chuckled.
Hoseok hugged Yoongi and they entered inside the apartment.

Yoongi waited for hoseok to change and come. Yoongi was watching a cat video in the mean time and smiled at his phone screen.

Hoseok could see him smiling but didn't know what was the reason. He came closer to Yoongi and that's when he shut his phone, so that he could talk to him. Hoseok did notice that but ended up misunderstanding it.

- What made you come see me all of a sudden? Asked hoseok.
- can I not? I just wanted to meet you.
- oh did you? I thought only I miss you.
- what the hell? Yoongi laughed.

- I called you after the practice hyung, you didn't receive my call.
- I was busy, sorry for that. Yoongi apologised.
- I'm glad you're here though.
- you seemed so low on the call. I had to see you ASAP.
- what do you think now? Hoseok giggled.
- ofcourse thanks to me, you're back to normal. Yoongi said with a smile.
- that's true.
- eat it while it's hot.
- yes hyung.

Yoongi captured hoseok while he was eating and added to his story.

Hoseok did notice how yoongi was being such a caring person to him and he realised he was probably just overthinking too much.

But he had to clear things out. He had to ask Yoongi what did they mean. What was their relation. It was high time, he needed to know.
But before he could ask about it, yoongi started talking.
- so, it's your birthday next week. Yoongi smiled as he looked at hoseok.
- uhh huhh yeahh. How did you find out? I never told you.
- taehyung told me. Well, do you have anything on your mind? Anything you wanna do? Yoongi thought he should ask hoseok itself because earlier when he met with Jimin, they could not decide one plan till the end.

- I was thinking, how about I throw a party at my place? Kinda like a sleepover?
- ohh that sounds great! Yoongi agreed to his idea.

Hoseok was a bit uneasy, he was just waiting for the moment so he talk to yoongi about it.

- uh well hyung...
- hmm?
- what am I to you? Hoseok suddenly asks yoongi and yoongi goes silent.
- uh, w..why are you asking that suddenly?
- I know it's so sudden but, I have to know it hyung. We've been seeing each other for over a month now. What do I mean to you?

Yoongi was silent for a while before answering. He had a awkward on his face. That's when hoseok got his answer.

Yoongi was trying to frame his thoughts, it was not so easy as he had to take care of hoseok's feelings.
- hoba, since you've brought this topic up, I'll tell you about my feelings, so um I think I'm so lucky to have met you, seriously! Its so comfortable to be with you! I can be myself with you. You're someone I refuse to loose. I would always want you in my life but hoba...

Yoongi stops talking as his phone started popping notifications. Hoseok's attention went right at the screen and he couldn't help but notice that Jimin had been texting him.

Yoongi took his phone to check but kept it back because the topic with hoseok was important right now. Before he could turn his phone down and get back to talking, hoseok changed the subject.

- hyung, do you wanna check out my dance practice video? The competition is nearing and I already feel so confident.
Yoongi was confused but he just went with the flow.
- uh yeah sure, let's watch.

The only reason hoseok did that was because he knew what yoongi was going to say ahead and he just didn't wanna hear it! He was not ready. He knew Yoongi wasn't into him like he was but it was hard to just accept it after yoongi being an absolute sweetheart to him.
