Jimin was done eating, he slipped his hand inside his pocket to take out money. But found none. He looked up at jungkook who was looking at him, Jimin smiled awkwardly.
He quickly searched for some money in his bag but again found none.
Jungkook looked at him with a smile.
- it's okay, you can pay me later.
Jimin didn't like it but had no other option.
- I'm so sorry, I forgot my wallet home I guess. I'll pay you back soon.
- I'm sure you will.
Seokjin walks towards his table.
- did you pay?
Jimin goes silent, he looks at Jungkook.
- uh hyung, he'll pay me later.
- what do you mean he'll pay you later? How long do you know him? I've never seen him around. How can you trust him like that?
- uh um I'm sorry, I don't have money with me right now. Can I pay tomorrow? Jimin felt bad after seokjin said that because obviously who wouldn't?

- yes, don't worry about it you can pay later Jimin. Jungkook said.
- jungkook-ah are you crazy? What are you telling him.
I'm sorry this is unacceptable. All my customers pay on time, you're no special.
Seokjin was not in the mood to listen.
- hyung don't talk to him like that. Jungkook interfered.
Jimin was really embarrassed.

- you know what jungkook, I don't trust him and you shouldn't too.
Where do you live? Seokjin asked.
- uh I live nearby only. Four blocks from here.
- Jungkook-ah I'd suggest you go with him, get our money and come back.

Jimin felt relieved on hearing that.
- yeah that's a good idea. Jungkook you should come with me. I'll pay you whatever I owe.
- Wait Jimin. He turns to seokjin.
Hyung why are you rushing it when he said he'll pay tomorrow.
- you really wanna argue about that with me now jungkookah? Seokjin glared at the younger.
- Hey listen please I insist, let's go, I'll pay you now itself. Jimin said trying to stop them from arguing.
- alright fine. Let's go then.
- Jungkook-ah don't waste much time. Come quickly.
- yes hyung.

They leave Jungkook's place. They walk all the way to jimin's place.
They talked about dance, that was the only common thing they had to talk about for now.

As they reached his apartment, jungkook's eyes widened. The vibe of his apartment was so cool. He was amazed just by looking at his apartment.

Jimin invited him inside the house.
- Have a seat! I'll look for my wallet.
- sure

Jimin comes to sit next to Jungkook and hands him the money.
- Here take this. Thankyou for the food. Jimin eye smiles.
Jungkook smiles back at him and takes the money.
- Hey, um sorry for earlier. Hyung is bit annoying sometimes. Jungkook said with an awkward grimace.

- Yeah no, it was my fault afterall. I cannot believe I was out all day without money.
- It's alright, it happens!
- But thankyou for trusting me. You didn't have to argue with your brother for me!Also sorry for I made you walk all the way for the money.
- Oh stop! Don't say all that. It's alright.
They smile at eachother.
- btw, your apartment is nice. Do you live alone? Jungkook asked.
- yeah. It's boring to live alone.
- I can't relate. He laughs. Anyways I'll leave now.
- have some coffee atleast? Jimin offers.
- you saw Jin hyung right? I wouldn't dare!
- oh okay alright.
- see you around Jimin.
- see you!
Jimin smiles as he closes the door.

As jungkook gets out of the apartment, his phone was ringing.
It was seokjin, obviously!
~ hyung I'm on my way back
~ what the hell are you even doing? Why is it taking so long. Did you not take the bike?
~ no I went walking. I could spend more time, wanted to know more about him.
~ god okay! Come home now!
~ yes hyung.

Jimin thought about his day and the only thing making this day better was meeting jungkook and the puppy who led him to jungkook.

He totally forgot about how his day was bad. Like the whole walk alone thing worked out pretty well for him.
He freshened up and sat down on his study table.
He felt fresh and happy, so he decided to complete his assignments.

The next day when his assignments were being checked, he was complimented so much. He put his heart into it and it all turned out so well.

Hoseok was busy with his dance lessons so there was no topic about yoongi the whole day.
He was so full with the compliments by his professors, he decided to go and eat fried chicken again on his way back home.
He entered the place, this time from the main entrance.

He greeted seokjin as he entered.
- you're here again?
- hello, I came to enjoy your delicious chicken, can I have a bottle of soju too please!
- sure have a seat.

Jimin almost finishes eating but he can't seem to find Jungkook anywhere.
- Hyung, where is Jungkook?
- Are you his friend?
- I guess I am?
- Then how come you not know that he's still at the college.
- Oh. We actually just met yesterday so! He smiled awkward looking at the elder.
- okay! He's still at college. Seokjin replied.
- Excuse me for a second! Jimin receives a notification.

He reads the text. It was from taehyung.
'Jimin I need your help, can you come at this address'
*Address*

He pays for the food and opens the door to leave.
His face lit up when he found Jungkook entering in.
- Hey Jimin. I didn't expect to see you so soon.
- haha I really loved the chicken here, I had to visit again.
- thankyou, are you leaving already?
- yeah I was here for long enough.
- come lets have a drink?
- oh no, I would love that but I have to go.
- Oh okay I can understand. I feel bad for not coming home soon.
- you were at college, it's alright!
- um no actually
Jungkook whispers softly in Jimin's ear.
- I went on a date. Which was boring.
- oh okay. Jimin laughs.
- I saw you in here and thought I'd end my day better, but you're leaving too.
- um yeah actually it's my bestfriend, he needs me.
- yeah cool, no issues, we can meet some other day too.
- yep sure. See you!
Jungkook smiles as jimin leaves.
