Two

__Tails couldn't help but laugh at Scourge's reaction to his alarm. Scourge was groaning as he put his pillow over his head. "Tails! Fuck off with the alarm already!" his voice was muffled.
__Tails quiet down to tittering as he dismissed his alarm. "Sorry, bro." He stood up to stretch and looked over as Scourge sat up to yawn. "I'll make breakfast once I've finished getting ready."
__Scourge shut his mouth and started rubbing his eyes. "Yeah, yeah. The usual."
__Once Tails finished he began making breakfast while Scourge went to open the garage door for T-Pup, who had been whimpering behind the door. When T-Pup walked in Scourge knelt down on one knee and began giving it lots of attention. Scourge definitely is a lot more happier and eager these days.
__Once Tails set breakfast on the table was when Fiona and Cream came walking in. The two were whispering and giggling to each other. Tails couldn't hear what they were talking about. He could only assume the usual girl gossip: boys and bitches. He waved them over to sit at the dining table. Scourge and Fiona sat on one side while Cream and Tails sat on the other. Tails just had to ask Fiona. "How far along are you?"
__"Five months," Fiona answered with a mouthful. "We're having a boy."
__"Wow! Congratulations!" Creams said as she started feeding Cheese half of her breakfast. "Have you thought of any names?"
__Fiona flatted her ears as she groaned. "Actually, no. Naming a baby sounds simple, but it's actually really hard to try and find a good name."
__"Personally I'd wait until he's born," Tails suggested. "That way you can get a good look at him before determining his forever name."
__Fiona smiled as she brought her ears back up. "That's actually really nice." She then scoffed and shook her head. "Point Tails."
__"How many points is that now?" Tails asked sarcastically.
__"Four points to Tails. One point to Fiona," Scourge muttered before he started to drink his coffee. This made Fiona stare at him in confusion. "What? I pay attention to you." He then looked at Tails. "What time are we leaving?"
__Tails moved to grab his phone but stopped himself. He stifled a sigh as he looked at Cream. "Can you ask Sally what time she wants us to meet?"
__Cream nodded and went to pull out her phone.

__Sometime after noon was when they all left and were walking through town. T-Pup and Cheese stayed close together as they took the lead while also playing with each other. Of course the normies were staring at them and gossiping. Tails just groaned as he began to notice the weight from his two tails. All of the Freedom Fighters, including him, did stop holding back who they were to these normies, but that only brought out aggression and more insecurities. There was one time Tails and Roter were randomly talking about engine issues and which methods were the best to use many months ago. A few normie engineers did not like what they heard and openly criticized them and mentioned a completely different method that they both knew caused more problems with engines than what they suggested and they all began to argue. While Tails and Roter won the argument, obviously, this only stirred up bad tension and gossip. The two were depicted as intelligent jackasses. Nothing has changed.
__T-Pup suddenly stopped and started growling. Cheese and flown down to its level and tried to see what it was looking at. Tails could already see and felt his stomach sinking. Perci was carefully making her way towards the group. While Cream stayed still, Scourge grabbed Tails's shoulder while Fiona went to meet Perci halfway and glared at her.
__"Not another step," she growled. Her red fur was starting to bush out. "Last I checked you're still on a restraining order."
__Perci nodded calmly. "Yes, I know. I'm trying to keep enough distance. I would just like to talk with Tails."
__Tails tapped on Scourge's hand, signifying the hedgehog to let go as he crossed his arms. "Fine. But stay right there."
__Perci nodded as Fiona backed away. "First things first, I can't apologize enough for what happened last year..."
__"Get to the point," Tails interrupted sternly. "I don't need anymore apologies."
__Perci cleared her throat. "Of course. My sister Staci has come out of rehab recently. She's doing better, but I will be taking better care of her. I made her break up with that loser wolf in the tree costume. I'll make sure she doesn't get into any trouble again. But if you really want her out of your life, we're both fine with you adding her to the restraining order."
__Tails made a quiet sigh as he looked away. "Yeah, yeah. Sure. Whatever."
__"That's basically it. I thought you should know." She brought her hand up to wave but made herself drop her hand before she began to walk away. She did not look back.
__Fiona sighed with relief as she began to pat Tails on the back. "That takes care of that at least."
__Tails said nothing. He just continued to lead the group to their destination. He immediately forgot about Perci.
