It was a few days until thanksgiving and right now honestly that's the only thing I'm looking forward to.
I promised my dad I would come visit him which he expected, I lived up to those expectations. I've been in Mexico for a week and I'm leaving today.
Leaving my dads side of the family is hard because I wish they could all come with me. The good thing is I kind of talked him into moving to the US.
After all these years, he's agreeing and wants to move.
"Te voy a extrañar" my dad said causing me to frown and I got sad
"Te extraño también papà"
"No estés triste, niña. Yo también te visitaré" I nodded feeling a little better
"Bueno, està bien, tengo que ir papà. Te amo"
"Te amo màs, llàmame cuando aterrices" we quickly shared a hug before he planted a kiss on my forehead
"lo harè, adiós"
I got in the car before the driver drove me to the airport. I got through security and did everything before I immediately got on my plane.
I definitely was about to get left because they were getting ready to shut the door. The pilot is early anyway because we're suppose to leave in ten minutes.
I found my seat along with some people who were behind me. After going through the rules we finally took off and I went to sleep.
Hours passed by and we had finally landed. Jet lag is beating my ass right now and I'm too weak to fight back.
I got my luggage and headed to the exit, my mom is picking me up. I want to be laid up with my girlfriend so she can put me to sleep, but I'll be alright.
I missed my mom anyway, and I'm staying over at her house tonight. I put my stuff in the trunk before getting in the passenger seat.
"Hey mommy" I said happy as we shared a hug
"Hey baby, how was the visit?
"It was good, he's thinking about moving here" she gasp which let me know she was shocked
