But she knew better than attack her directly. She had felt Syin's power, and not forgetting the vampire behind her who seemed ready to rip her to pieces if Syin ordered him to.
"I'm here to tell you that you are not welcome in Sidney. Last night was one of us warning you."
Syin took a step forward, angry.
"So you attacked me?"
"No baby, if I want to fight you, I'll do it one on one. I do not throw daggers at others' backs. I like to see the fear, to challenge my opponents."
Syin's eyes shot at Trix. "You knew this?"
She quickly threw her palms in the air, afraid of getting caught in between the two lionesses. "I swear!"
Jasmine chuckled shifting her glare to her cousin. "She's too good to do anything against her father, who by the way is locked in the barn."
Trix eyebrows raised from shock.
"Don't you have any boundaries? We're your family!" She cried, her voice leaking of emotional pain before running out of the cabin. It'd be useless fighting her, Trix knew, deep down, Jasmine was stronger and much learned than her. But at least she could help her father.
"Bring me my attacker, and perhaps I may forget this ever happened."
Jasmine scoffed feeling amused by her fierce threat.
"What you gonna do honey? This isn't Syra."
"You're right, it isn't. But I have a bit of Syra with me... Apollo?" She called out and the royal guard appeared by her side.
The sight of him took the other female by surprise, and when she saw the lightning staff, her heart almost shot right through her ribs.
This would turn out badly. Jasmine could feel it, she was well aware of that staff and its bearer. But soon, Apollo would be kneeling before her.
"I hope to see you all soon," was all she added before a cloud of whirring darkness materialized and sucked her in, along with the light from the lit candles.
