"A VOLCANO OF BLUE ICE MET HIS BLACKENED ASHES"
~*~*~
Cars stopped in front of the restaurant decided by Ria. Anni's was the last one to reach since it took her a while to calm her senses. As she had navigated through the roads of Mumbai to her destination, she could feel a familiar thud in her heart which indicated that something was about to happen. An intuition, maybe.
She parked her car in the car park, beside that of Kartik's. The two of them stepped down together, she from the driving seat and he from the back seat. She has never needed a driver. Besides she likes driving and cars. Her collection of cars is a worthy one. She has been after the best and most beautiful models since she was a child. As she grew up into a successful entrepreneur, she started working on what her eyes caught.
Ignoring the presence of Kartik, who walked behind her, she sped out of the parking lot. The bright rays of sun had suddenly appeared out of nowhere. A few moments back, the sky was circled with clouds and now is all clear. It was around three or four in the evening that they all decided to leave. Considering they were hoping for supper as their dinner. Which meant two hours of social interaction.
At least she likes these people.
Her feet that were speeding off a second ago, halted to an abrupt stop. The glimmering welcome board of the restaurant caught her eye and air slipped past her lungs. Kartik, who had been wary of her mood since the moment she stepped out, cursed as he saw the reason for her sudden halt.
She felt suffocated. Breathing became difficult for her. The sun was too strong for her eyes, the light blinding her. Yet she couldn't blink because her eyes were stuck at the five-lettered name of the place she stood in. Every ounce of energy dissipated out of her, the drowning force of darkness pulling her inside. The five letters she had been avoiding in her stay haunted her eyes right now.
She was forced to relive the memories and moments she shared with this place. Her body was unwilling to move. Dark spots danced in front of her eyes, a dim blue trying to keep its presence known. She fought for control, yet her body won, and she was thrown into darkness.

He had felt the change in her as soon as she walked out of her car. She didn't pass any remark to him, just walked out quietly. Either she had been avoiding him or there was something bothering her. As he watched her body turn stiff, he knew something was wrong.
He had been walking behind her for a reason. She swayed, her body plummeting towards the side. He walked over to her before she could fall, catching her mid-air. His eyes scanned the area. Except a few passers-by no one else was there. He could see Shivaay, Om and Rihaan stand outside the entrance. Something was definitely wrong.
His eyes wandered to the welcome board, the name of the restaurant clearing things for him. Things made sense now. He picked her up in his arms before drifting back into the car park. His driver stood beside his car. Taking the keys from him, he dismissed him.
He sighed. He was worried for a second when she had blacked out. It could've been anything, but this? He laid her on the back seat of his car before sitting inside himself. He knew she'd panic one she'll wake up. They didn't have enough time to stall anyways. Taking the water bottle from the dashboard, he sprinkled some water on her face.
God knows how angry he is feeling because of her words. They had seared straight through his heart, crushing every cell with their strong and sharp tendrils made of glass. She had sliced out him from the inside. Her words still rung in his ears. Not your woman. HUH! He scoffed internally.
