you turned off your phone, and vivianna looked at you, "damn, who got you smiling like that?"
you awkwardly smiled, "uhm, no one."
vivianna continued teasing you, "no me dices, ya tienes novio? you know you can trust me, right?"
"not in this space."
vivianna walked away, "understandable."
you were in the counter carefully watching the customers not do anything skeptical. more people started coming in to look at what the store has to offer. one person in particular caught your fellow co-worker's attention.
vivianna pulled you closer and whispered, "do you know who that is y/n?"
you squinted your eyes at the person, "no?"
"that's kevin alvarez, he's also a football player like diego. in fact, they're both on the same national team."
"is he also not playing?" your response surprised vivianna, who was a big fan of football.
"they just got eliminated from the world cup a couple days ago," vivianna explained, "i guess retail therapy is kevin's way to cope."
another person just walked into the store, and you forgot to greet everyone else they arrived earlier, including kevin. "welcome to louis vuitton, how may i assist you?"
kevin came forward to the counter and you decided to help him out. you and kevin walked into the rack that consisted of jackets. kevin picked up two jackets, "which one should i get?"
you stood there in silence, "i'm not a stylist, i'm just an employee."
vivianna overheard your conversation with kevin and being the metiche that she is, she came up to you both.
kevin asked vivianna, "eres la estilista de la tienda?"
vivianna shook her head, "there's no stylist in the store, but how may i assist you today?"
kevin raised the two jackets once again, "which one do you recommend buying?"
vivianna looked at you and looked at kevin again, "honestly, your choice. but if i were you, i would definitely buy the left jacket."
