"April— April please. . Help him-" Casey pleaded, looking over to the entity with a desperate face. "Please. . ? I know you can— You've done it before—" He held Donnie's unmoving hand in both of his own, tears streaming from his eyes.
The entity just grimaced, stepping forward a few paces. "Why should I? I've been intent on ridding this city of that pest for a long while. Why should I help him now?"
"Because. . ! You are his friend!! Friends don't kill each other! I know you're possessed or some shit but please!"
"You idiotic boy. Your words mean nothing. Give up on trying, already." She replied coldly. "He is a lost cause. Death is inevitable, even if it can be postponed for a while. Stop trying to fix what should be broken."

"Stop saying that! It isn't true!!" He snapped, standing up and walking to her. "You're lying! He isn't a lost cause! He didn't deserve to die just because of a few meaningless mistakes!!"
"And what proof do you have otherwise?"
"Well, he tried fixing everything he knew he messed up on, and even if he knew he couldn't he still tried! He sacrificed so fucking much just so you could get your pops back, and even more so we could get our city back from those stupid ass kraang! Without him, you would've been dead! Without him, you would've been nothing more than a lousy kraang science experiment!" He hissed.
"I'm sure I could've handled myself all those times."
"Really? If your dad couldn't last two goddamn seconds, what makes you think you would've lasted any longer?"

". . . ."
"Exactly, you wouldn't have even met half of the people you did if it wasn't from him and the others. You would've probably been either dead or locked up in those stupid cells."
"I suppose. . I see your point. But he is the reason my father had been turned into that bat creature."
"No, actually, the kraang are. You just blame him because ya can't hurt any kraang without others comin' after ya."
"No, actually, you ALL are. If you all weren't so incompetent and clumsy, the ooze wouldn't have fallen onto him."
"I get you're angry, but ya ain't gonna feel better by killin' everyone that wronged you! That's not how it works!"
"Well I feel a little better now that I've rid of Donatello, so, I'd assume so."
"You- you don't mean that. It's just the possession talkin'—"
"Either way, I feel better. And I'm not going to give it up over some meaningless reptile."
"He's not meaningless, you're just heartless." He scowled.

"No, you just can't accept I'm right."
"No, YOU just can't admit what you're doing is wrong on so many levels! You can't admit that these stupid powers are fuckin' with ya head! You just can't remember all everyone here did for ya! What you're doing is selfish!"
"Selfish? SELFISH?! What do you mean selfish? I'm just doing what's best for me. I'm avenging my father. I don't care who dies, as long as I avenge him. He could very well be dead because of you all's carelessness. He did nothing to you, and this is what happens? He didn't deserve what happened to him, but he did." She pointed to the group huddled around the unmoving form, who only scowled in response.
"No, he didn't. And neither did your pops. But they don't all deserve to die because of something they couldn't completely control."

"April, please, take into account how many lives you are putting at risk because of your usage of those unstable powers. They have consumed you far beyond any of our control. Only you may stop them. Only you can come back to your senses before it is too late for all of us." Splinter spoke, keeping his voice calm in hopes to talk some sense into her.
She went silent, looking away for a moment before diverting her gaze to the lifeless Donnie. Her face fell slightly, closing her eyes and nodding. "I do suppose you are right. . I suppose I haven't thought it through completely."
Splinter nodded.
"I will help you, I will bring back Donatello. But I will no longer be seeing you after. Is that a deal?" She lifted her head again, gaze switching to each one of them.
