Casey held onto the top of the van as if his life depended on it. (Which it kind of did, as they were driving pretty fast down the road)
The turtles were in tow, though due to it being a car, and a surprisingly fast one at that, they started to fall behind rather quickly.
"I'll text you guys my location when I get there!" Casey called out, before the van promptly rounded a corner.

He stayed latched on, trying to figure out where in the world they were going. He noticed they had passed the animal shelter quite a ways back. So where were they going now?
The van suddenly turned into an abandoned looking building.
Of course it's an abandoned building. It always is. Casey thought with an eye roll. The van came to a stop inside the large establishment, out stepping the people. Casey laid as flat as he could, hoping to not be noticed by the workers. He watched as they dragged the pigeon mutant out, carrying it towards what looked like an empty space.

It was not an empty space.

He blinked, slowly inching off the back of the van as they got farther away. He finally jumped down, peeking out from behind the van.
The people had set the pigeon creature down, going to a certain part of the floor and stomping on it. Suddenly the entire large space around them began lowering, taking them with it into what seemed to be a secret underground area.

Cool, at least it isn't just in an abandoned building. Finally our enemy has a cool hideout. Casey mentally grinned, then realized the pigeon creature seemed to have the same collar-like contraption that he saw Donnie have. He was sort of hoping it wasn't much more than a fashion choice. He somehow knew it was, though. Much, much more than a fashion choice.
He sighed as the floor raised back up, locking into place seamlessly, as if it hadn't even separated.

Casey yanked his phone out of his pocket, texting the others his location before deciding to check out the van. He opened the back doors, stepping inside and whistling to himself as he looked around at the equipment. He spotted a row of the same collar devices as before, and walked over to them. He picked it up, studying it before noticing some sort of remote beside the rack. Huh, probably what controls this thing. He picked the remote up, examining it closely before deciding to try something.

He set the collar in the middle of the floor, stepping back a ways and pointing the small antenna of the remote at it. (Wow, Casey actually being smart about this? Shocking!)
He pressed the button, watching the collar suddenly light up with large, bright sparks. Yeesh- Is this seriously what they put on these Guys-? Rough, man. . . That looks like it hurts- Casey thought, pressing the button again to make the sparks stop. He walked over, reaching to pick up the collar and suddenly yanking his hand back. It was burning hot, radiating heat. Holy shit- Afterburn is gonna be a bitch if you get hit with that-

He decided to leave it, setting the remote down and walking away. He looked around some more, finding what seemed to be Donnie's bō in a corner, along with some other weapons that seemed to be confiscated. Don't mind if I do- He grinned, walking over and picking the bō up. It was the closest thing to a hockey stick they had, so he had to take it. He made his way out of the van, jumping out and looking around for his turtle companions.

He spotted them, running towards him and stopping.
"Took ya long enough dudes." He joked.
"Well sorry we weren't on the van of a dangerous enemy that could kill us at any minute." Raph snapped.
"Apology accepted." Casey grinned.
"You little-"
"Raph. Casey. Cut it out. Was there anything in the van? We saw you jump out." Leo interrupted.
"Yeah- a bunch of random stuff and some pretty gnarly collars. Don't touch those things, man. They'll leave a mark." Casey replied, twirling the bō mindlessly in his hand.

". . . What do you mean by that?" Leo asked.
"What do you mean what do I mean?" Casey replied.
"What do you mean by 'they'll leave a mark'?" Raph suddenly spoke.
"Oh, uh- yeah they make a pretty big spark when the remote thingy is pressed." Casey replied.
"Dude, didn't you say Dee had one?" Mikey questioned.
"Oh- yeah- forgot about that-" Casey blinked.
"Dumbass." Raph muttered.
