Alright. . . Maybe I can work on that retromutagen some more just in case— everyone's distracted so. .
Donatello looked around, noting that no one was around and running off to his lab. Since his ban on working on his experiments hadn't been lifted, he had to be sneaky. He ran in, closed the door, and went to his desk, sighing in relief. I was just in here yesterday and it already feels like my first day back after the first day of it being banned. .

He sat at the chair, cracking his knuckles and beginning to work. He mixed chemicals, Creating a plethora of colors and reactions inside of the vials and beakers. Suddenly, he was startled by a door slamming open, nearly dropping his vials. He looked over, confused.
"We'll talk about this later, right now, we gotta go!" Casey said, yanking the scientist from his seat and dragging him out of the lab.

"Casey what the heck is going on?!" Donnie yelped, extreme confusion plastered upon his face.
"Dogface and the fish guy are doin' some sketchy stuff out on main street!" The boy replied, finally meeting up with the other three on the surface and letting him go.
"Could've just told me—" Donnie replied, though it wasn't really noticed by anyone.
"Alright team, we gotta hurry and catch them before they hurt anyone. Raph and Casey, you take the right, Mikey and Donnie, you take the left. I'll go in the middle and once I give the signal, we surround them. Got it?" Leo stated.
Everyone nodded in response, though there were a few stubborn groans here and there.

"Good. Let's move!"
They all dispersed, each going their respective route and taking the roofs.
"Yo dude, ya think they're at the paper place?"
"Why would they be at the paper shop?"
"Uh, I dunno. Evil origami?" The orange clad brother shrugged.
"I highly doubt they're at the paper shop, Mikey."
"Fine, but when I'm right I'm so gonna get bragging rights." He grinned.
"Yes, Mikey, you will get bragging rights. If you're right."
"Bet."
"Sh!" Donnie shushed him, stopping atop of a rather short coffee shop in the center of the plaza. He looked down, spotting Dog pound, Xephyr, and a few foot recruits. He crouched, spying.
"Woahhh, I was right!" Mikey exclaimed, a large smile plastering itself on his face.
"Mikey! Shush!" Donnie dragged the younger down, getting low to the ground of the roof and covering his mouth.

The two villains' heads shot up, looking around and mumbling some inaudible things to each other.
The terrapins waited for what felt like forever, until they spotted the others in their spots.
Raph and Casey were crouched on top of a fashion shop, mumbling to each other.
Leo was hiding behind a large truck, locking eyes with everyone and nodding.
Donnie sat up into a crouched position, ready to jump.
Mikey followed.
Leo gave the signal, suddenly beginning to run at the clueless enemies.
Everyone else followed, drawing their weapons and beginning their attacks.
Leo and Mikey took on Xephyr, Casey and Raph took on Dog pound, and Donnie ended up taking on the foot soldiers.
It wasn't a hard job beating the soldiers, but they were quite annoying, and relentless in their futile attempts at fighting.

Mikey and Leo were able to quite easily take down the fish mutant, as all Leo had to do was jam his sword blade into the small gap of his mechanical knee. Mikey was able to sweep his legs out from him, promptly knocking him out from his head hitting the concrete.
Casey and Raph were a different story, though. They were struggling quite a bit with the giant dog. It didn't help that Casey was tiring out easier since he was human. The boy didn't let up, though, and continued using his hockey stick (which he had strapped to his back from when he dragged Donnie out of the lab) to smack against the canines legs and arms. Raph was doing the best he could, but one of his sais had been knocked out of his grasp and too far for him to grab it. He had to stick to fighting with one sai, which sucked.

The other two turtles ran to Donnie.
"Donnie, we'll handle these guys. You go help Raph and Casey." Leo ordered.
Donnie just nodded and ran to help. But as soon as he did, he heard a sickening cry of pain from the human. Not long after, followed by a pained grunt from the older brother.
Oh no— nononono! He spotted the two, pinned down by the giant canine and being crushed between the dog's massive claws and the concrete. He ran as fast as he could, the pained noises slowly dying out. They're losing oxygen— their ribs will be crushed! He thought frantically, adrenaline and terror fueling his sprinting as he pressed the small button on his bō, his naginata blade revealing itself at the end.
