"So, there. Happy now? It was a simple mistake. And it doesn't help being cold blooded. It won't happen again." The turtles eyes were glued to the table, fiddling with his hands.
Casey stayed silent, nodding. "It's okay, yo. You were just tired. I'm just surprised you had the strength to stay up that long after- you know-"
Donnie nodded, sighing and picking at his hand.
"Dude, ya need to stop doing that. Let's just do something. Wanna go work on something in the lab?"
The terrapin quickly stopped, nodding and standing.
"Bet. I already missed training anyways so it helps me avoid an angry sensei-" He chuckled, standing as well.
They both left for the lab.

When they entered, Donnie shut the door and walked to the desk. Then sat and pulled a stool from the side of it.
Casey nodded, sitting. "Damn, already prepared me a seat? How thoughtful." He grinned.
D rolled his eyes, cleaning up his vials and turning to the boy. He typed something in his phone. "Well, what do you wanna work on?"
"Hmmm, I dunno. Have anything in mind?"
"I have to fix something in the shell razor, so, I guess that?"
"Hell yeah!" Casey cheered.
The turtle nodded and grabbed his tools, waiting for Casey.
The boy stood, walking out and towards the shell razor garage.
Donnie followed, shutting the lab.

They both made their way to the shell razor, Donnie setting his tools down and getting to work on the main issue while Casey looked the engine over and made sure nothing else was wrong.
They ended up working for a few hours, only stopping when Mikey came in saying it was lunch time.
"Oh, crap, I lost track of time." Casey chuckled, glancing at his phone clock.
Donnie nodded, standing and cleaning up his tools. He began to walk to the lab to put them away.
Casey just followed, not knowing what else to do. "Damn, I knew you were organized but I didn't know you were this organized." He looked at the wall of tools he somehow hadn't noticed before, noting that each one had a label of where it should go.
The turtle just rolled his eyes and dragged Casey out of the lab, towards the kitchen.

"Damn okay! Coulda just asked bro." He teased.
"Don't make me use the wrist move again, Jones." He typed with his other hand.
"Okay! Okay! Please don't! That shit hurts-"
"It's supposed to, idiot." The turtle shook his head, letting go of the boy's arm and walking to the table. He sat, glaring at his two grinning older brothers.
"Yo, what's the tea?" Casey sat down, leaning in his chair and looking at the two grinning turtles.
"Well, I threw Raph into a wall." Leo started.
"And I threw you into the weapons rack, but continue." Raph rolled his eyes.
"And Mikey somehow managed to win against me." Leo gritted his teeth.
"He was still mad about the pancake." Raph said.
Casey laughed, then got a sandwich to the face. He fell back in his chair, crashing to the ground. "OH COME ON!"

"Strike!" The older's cheered.
"That's what you get for stealing my pancake, Zit face."
"Are we not gonna talk about that one time?" Casey stood and glared at the orange turtle.
Mikey glared back. "No, we ain't. 'Cause I had a reason for mine."
"Yeah, you got older."
"It was a curse!"
"No such thing, Mikey." Leo stated.
"Wow, Mikey, never heard you use 'Zitface' before. I'm impressed." Raph grinned.
"Thanks, brah." Mikey gave a thumbs up, fistbumping Raph.
"Raph! Did you teach him that!?" Leo shrieked.
"No, I did teach him how to use better comebacks, though." The red themed turtle grinned and sipped some water he was given.

"That's even worse!" The blue one replied.
"Relax, brah, as long as you don't piss me off you're fine." Mikey smiled, waving Leo off and finishing the sandwiches.
Casey ate the one that was thrown at him, glaring at the back of Mikey's head.
"Ladies, ladies, calm down." Donnie rolled his eyes.
"Wow, did you really just say that?" Raph blinked.
"Yes. Got a problem?" Donnie countered.
"Yeah, in fact, I do." The red themed turtle stood.
"Alright, take it up with the hand." The purple brother held up a finger, which was meant to flip him off.
"Oh THATS IT-" Raph went to jump over the table, being held back by Leo.

"Damn, Dee got bold. Casey did you teach him that?" Mikey asked.
"Nah, even I'm surprised. He was not gonna let that slide, man." Casey shook his head, chuckling.
"Raphael, calm down!" Leo snapped, dragging him back into his seat.
Raph grumbled, flipping the purple one off as well.
Donnie just grinned. "Nice to see you're still willing to beat me up even with my injuries. I'd still fight back, though. Even with a messed up arm."
"You wouldn't stand a chance!"
"Well, unlike you I'd be using strategy. So, yes I technically would."
"Say that to my face, braniac!"
The turtle stood, walking around the table and leaning down to be eye-to-eye with his older brother. "U- unli- ke you. I'd be s- sm- art." He grinned, wincing and standing straight up again. He instantly regretted his speaking decision, though, as the corner of his mouth began to leak blood. He just wiped it away.

"You little-" Raph went to stand again, being dragged back down by the oldest.
"He-hey! Damn, Dee. What's with the sudden burst of confidence?" Casey grinned. "I'm impressed."
Donnie simply shrugged, wiping his mouth again and walking out.
Casey followed, noticing the blood instantly.
Once they reached the lab again, Casey stopped, blocking the door. "Yo, dude. You're bleeding." He stated.
"And?"
"Dude, that isn't good. You started bleeding right after you said that-"
"Jones. I assure you, I'm fine. Now please step aside. I need to work on the retromutagen."
"Fine but I'm helping." The boy crossed his arms, unmoving.

The turtle sighed, nodding.
Casey smiled and stepped aside.
Both went in and continued with the retromutagen.

"That brat- he's gonna pay for what happened! How did he even get out?! No one knew where he was!" April yelled, pacing on top of a building angrily.
"That's it, enough's enough. I'm finishing you off, Donatello Hamato. And nothing will stop me. Not even that stupid 'Casey Jones'." She hissed, glaring down at the alleyway nearby.

-----

"Alright gang! What're we gonna put on?" Casey leaped over the couch, sitting between Dee and Raph and flipping through channels on the T.V.
"What about the Lord of The Rings?" Mikey suggested, setting a bowl of popcorn down for everyone.
"We just finished that three days ago." Leo pointed out, who was sitting on the floor in his usual spot. "What about Star Wars?"
"You and space themed movies, I swear. What about The Conjuring?" Raph suggested.
"Which one?" Casey replied.
"The third one."
"Hell yeah."

Donnie just watched them flip through the channels drowsily, deciding he was just gonna take a nap instead. He went to lay down away from Casey, so as to not end up falling asleep on him again. Though, he quickly felt his arm get yanked and him follow after.
Casey pulled him back, letting him lean on his shoulder as he wrapped his arm around him. "Sleep, dude. Ya need it." He said quietly, so the others didn't hear.
The turtle would protest, but he was far too tired. He just grumbled something inaudible and adjusted, snuggling into his arm.
Casey smiled, pressing the play button on the movie. You little shit. I know damn well I'm not getting up tomorrow morning. He thought jokingly.
