Ruan Lisa didn't know about the little episode that had occurred, but when Song Jungkook came back from the bathroom, she could clearly feel that his gaze was directed at her several times!

It couldn't be that he had gone to an ophthalmologist to fix his eyes and now realized how she looked especially beautiful today, right?

All the way until the wedding was over, she kept waiting for an answer to why he was acting strangely, but there was nothing forthcoming.

Since Song Jungkook had drunk a lot, Ruan Lisa would have to take over the task of driving. As the family of three said goodbye to Li Taehyung and his wife, they also thanked them for inviting them.

Li Jihyo was standing at the side and stayed silent the entire time.

"You should bring your wife more often." Li Taehyung had also drunk a bit today and was in a good mood, so he wasn't as careful with his words as he usually was. "Anyways, Ruan Lisa, you're really giving me face today. When the other two people in our dorm got married, you didn't come to their weddings."

Ruan Lisa pretended she didn't understand the real meaning of his words. She continued to smile as she responded, "I can't be blamed for that. I didn't get an invite for them. Even for today's wedding, I had to shamelessly tag along."

"Old Song, this your fault then. We've been telling you so many times to bring your family members along. Still, Ruan Lisa, I have to help Old Song say something. He's always come to our gatherings alone. It almost made us think he's a bachelor."

Seeing that Ruan Lisa was pushing the blame onto him, Song Jungkook naturally wouldn't quibble with her. He wouldn't put her into a difficult position in front of his friends, so he smiled and said, "I'll be sure to pay attention next time."

"That won't do." Li Taehyung's wife took out her phone and said to Ruan Lisa, "Let's add each other on WeChat. These men are all so protective of each other. If we have each other's contact information, we can keep each other informed, so these men can't collude together to fabricate a story."

"Sure."

The two women added each other on WeChat. It could be considered an alliance successfully taking form.

Li Taehyung's wife winked at Song Jungkook and said, "You don't mind that I added your wife on WeChat, right? When you guys have some gatherings in the future, I'll directly invite her. After all, it's really boring to listen to you guys catching up and bragging about your accomplishments."

Song Jungkook somewhat helplessly said, "I don't mind."

However, he didn't know if Ruan Lisa would be willing to come along with him again. She had only come here today because of Little Woo's pestering and didn't seem interested in coming here at all. Or perhaps, she had agreed to come here because she was carried away by a whim.

After Song Jungkook's family had left, Li Taehyung's wife held her husband's hand and said, "I think Song Jungkook's wife is pretty good, and she's really beautiful too."

Li Taehyung immediately started to flatter his wife. "She's not as pretty as you."

"Liar, there's no one here that looks better than her."

Standing on the side, Li Jihyo didn't say anything, but her hold on her purse became tighter.

Ruan Lisa and Song Jungkook seemed to have a very good tacit understanding of Li Jihyo's matter. They both knew Li Jihyo's intentions, but neither pointed it out and treated the matter as if it was nonexistent.

Song Jungkook didn't explain anything because he knew that Ruan Lisa wouldn't care even if she had misunderstood something.

The way they got along as a couple had already been set in stone. Unless Ruan Lisa took the initiative to ask him about Li Jihyo, he wouldn't bother explaining. His reasoning was very simple. It would be stupid to take the effort to explain something to a person that couldn't care less.

Song Jungkook wasn't worried if Ruan Lisa misunderstood him and thought that he was keeping a mistress. In the same way that he didn't care about what kind of people Ruan Lisa spent time with when she went out, she didn't care about what he did either.

With the way their relationship was unless one party approached the other, it would remain unchanged forever. Unfortunately, whether it was Ruan Lisa or Song Jungkook, neither had the intention of becoming closer to the other party.
