Everyone had come here to celebrate with Li Taehyung. They wouldn't keep asking Song Jungkook why he hadn't brought his wife. This type of question was inherently annoying. One person bringing it up and causing trouble was enough. After all, everyone here knew Song Jungkook's temper.

It had been over ten years since they had graduated from college. Some of them even had children that were attending elementary school. It wasn't easy for them to get together, so it was more important to use this time to reminisce.

While Song Jungkook was having a wonderful time drinking with his friends, Ruan Lisa had already given Little Woo a bath, and they were in bed watching cartoons.

Little Woo had settled into a very good sleeping arrangement of alternating nights. He had slept with his dad yesterday, so he would sleep with his mom today. He didn't neglect either parent. He was like an emperor that would bestow his favours.

However, he had listened to Ruan Lisa's words. When he woke up in the morning, he wouldn't wake his mom up. He was especially considerate in gingerly getting out of bed and leaving her room. It was exactly because of this reason that Ruan Lisa didn't mind the chubby kid wanting to sleep with her every other night.

Little Woo went to a bilingual kindergarten, so he watched a lot of English cartoons. Since Ruan Lisa was taking English-speaking classes, she watched these cartoons with him every day.

Since she had a foundation in English and now had access to one-on-one lessons with foreign teachers, her spoken English rapidly improved.

Although it was very unlikely that she would return to her original world and the original owner didn't want to come back either, Ruan Lisa also knew that what they wanted had no influence on the outcome. Thus, she wanted to improve herself while she had the opportunity.

In the past, she had complained that she didn't have the money and free time. Now that both of those resources were available to her, if she didn't change at all and ended up going back to her original world, she would feel that she had wasted this transmigration.

By the time Ruan Lisa heard voices coming from downstairs, Little Woo was already asleep. She guessed that Song Jungkook had come back.

She didn't plan on going downstairs. Just as she was going to continue browsing on Weibo, someone knocked on her door. Ruan Lisa reluctantly got out of bed and opened the door. Seeing that it was the housekeeper aunty, she asked, "Is something wrong?"

"Mr. Song is back. He's drunk."

Ruan Lisa swallowed down her initial response of "Why is that my problem?" In the eyes of others, even if she and Song Jungkook didn't have a good marital relationship, they were still a married couple. She could only nod, put on a robe, and follow the housekeeper aunty downstairs.

She recognized the man that was supporting Song Jungkook. He was Song Jungkook's chauffeur.

Ruan Lisa didn't have any experience taking care of a drunk person.

It was the housekeeper aunty that reminded her, "Madam, you and the chauffeur should bring Mr. Song to his room so he can lie down. You should feed him some water. I'll go make a soup that'll help metabolize alcohol so that Mr. Song won't have a headache when he wakes up tomorrow.

The chauffeur helped Song Jungkook upstairs and to his room without Ruan Lisa's help. The chauffeur left right after seeing his boss lying down in bed.

Looking at the drunk man, Ruan Lisa sighed.

After she had struggled to take off his shoes, she asked, "Song Jungkook, Jungkook, can you hear me?"

The response to her question was even breathing and the smell of alcohol when he exhaled. While it wasn't an unbearable smell, it was also a thousand miles from an enjoyable scent.

Ruan Lisa didn't know what to do with him. In his current state, there was no way she could feed him water.

Since he was asleep and didn't show any signs of discomfort, Ruan Lisa decided to let him sleep in peace. Just as she was about to leave his room, the phone in his pocket suddenly rang.

Ruan Lisa originally decided against answering the call, but the ringtone started again after a brief moment. Ruan Lisa was worried that the ringtone would wake up Song Jungkook, so she could only rummage through his pocket to get the phone out. She quickly found the phone and took it out. The caller ID on the phone showed a woman's name - Li Jihyo.
