Nayeon shot Ruan Lisa a glance. She added, "I'm just telling you that to remind you that you have a husband and son. It'll be difficult for a divorce to happen. You don't seem interested in that little general manager either. That guy is too overbearing and also a bit unreasonable. If that guy causes too much trouble and your husband finds out, it won't be good."

Ruan Lisa very calmly took a sip of coffee, indicating that she had nothing to fear.

If that little general manager was actually capable of succeeding with some devious plot, why would the original owner give up on this readily available ATM to look for a husband far away and marry that other guy instead? After all, according to the novel's timeline, this little general manager had already appeared in the original owner's life at the beginning of the novel.

Thus, it meant that this little general manager wouldn't be able to cause much trouble.

Even so, she wanted to kneel and bow at the original owner.

The original owner was the cruelest person that Ruan Lisa had ever seen. In the context of a novel, she really liked characters like the original owner. Other than the unspeakable act of giving her son away, Ruan Lisa admired the original owner's decisive personality when it came to severing relationships.

From beginning to end, the original owner was very clear-minded. She knew what she wanted and what she could afford to want. Furthermore, she had successfully lived the life she wanted in the end. From a certain perspective, she had succeeded.

Seeing that Ruan Lisa was unconcerned, Nayeon asked, "How come you don't come out to play anymore? There's a lot of people asking."

Ruan Lisa could only answer honestly, "I'm at home taking care of my son. Where would I have the free time?"

"You've changed," Nayeon said, "I'm almost doubting myself. Am I confusing you with someone else?"

Ruan Lisa took out her credit card from her wallet to pay the bill. "For my adorable son, this is a happy change."

After parting ways with Nayeon, Ruan Lisa tossed that little general manager to the back of her mind. He was a guy that didn't even appear in the novel and was only mentioned in the passing. There was no reason to waste her brain cells on him.

However, even though she hadn't met this guy, she didn't have a good impression of his type. How much integrity could a guy that was rushing to be the third party in a married couple's relationship have?

Thinking that Song Jungkook had a taste for sweets, she packed up her finished products at the end of the class to take home for him to eat instead of giving them away to others to taste.

However, today was different. Song Jungkook had added her to his WeChat and could see what she posted on her friends' circle.

He thought it over before liking her update.
