Ruan Lisa had enjoyed herself to her heart's content with today's shopping trip. Song Jungkook was a very tactful man. Whenever she had the cashier ring up her purchases, Song Jungkook would take the initiative to stand up and swipe his credit card. His forehead remained wrinkle-free as he did this.

Sigh. He could be considered the highest quality man.

She meant this as praise and not as an insult. He had money and looks and was capable. His figure was well-maintained too. Although he was usually reticent, he had never caused her to feel unhappy since she transmigrated here. Even if he was only a roommate, he was the best type to have.

Since he had paid for her numerous purchases, Ruan Lisa made a token effort by offering, "How about we eat out this afternoon? I'll treat you both to a big meal."

Even though her debit card had a lot of money on it and she would still be a rich woman even if she didn't get a portion of Song Jungkook's assets in the divorce, she was still stingy.

This was a habit of hers that had been developed over the past twenty-plus years.

Based on her understanding of Song Jungkook's personality, she thought he wouldn't want Little Woo to eat outside food. After all, restaurants focused on taste and wouldn't be as clean and healthy as food prepared at home.

To her surprise, he actually nodded and said, "Okay."

Ruan Lisa: "..."

Alright fine, she was already rich and Song Jungkook had been generous enough with her. She could be stingy with everyone else, but not this father-and-son pair.

Little Woo was very excited about eating out. The tiredness he felt from following his mom around was swept away. He clamored for them to go to KFC or Pizza Hut.

Ruan Lisa pushed the responsibility to Song Jungkook. "If your dad agrees, we can go there to eat."

There was no way that Song Jungkook would bring his precious child to either of those places to eat junk food.

Little Woo looked at his dad. Clapping his chubby hands together, he begged, "Dad, can we please go to Pizza Hut? A lot of my classmates have eaten there!"

It suddenly occurred to Song Jungkook that because of his strict dietary requirements for his son, Little Woo had reached the age of three without ever going to fast food places. And, children his age wouldn't be especially fond of this type of food. Could it be that Little Woo's classmates told him their parents had taken them there and that's why Little Woo wanted to go there?

After reaching this conclusion, Song Jungkook said, "Alright, we can go eat at Pizza Hut."

Following the sound of Little Woo's enthusiastic and happy cheer, Ruan Lisa was dumbfounded.

Song Jungkook actually agreed?

Song Jungkook, who normally remained firm in the face of Little Woo's crying and pleading for ice cream, had actually agreed?

It was probably because Ruan Lisa's gaze looked puzzled, so Song Jungkook offered an explanation, something that he rarely did. "I've never taken him before. It's probably just a craving for him. It's fine as long as he doesn't eat too much."

... Okay, that was reasonable. But still, Song Jungkook was acting very different from his usual self today.

Even after thinking it over, Ruan Lisa remained confused.

Did Song Jungkook agree to come with them today because Little Woo pestered him? Or, could it be that since he wanted a divorce, he was taking advantage of this opportunity to leave behind a happy memory of a family outing for Little Woo?
