Ruan Lisa obviously wasn't at the same high level as the novel's Ruan Lisa. But, at least Song Jungkook didn't seem exasperated with her causing a fuss. This meant that her actions were still within the scope of what he was willing to tolerate.

Ruan Lisa's tone improved as she said continued, "It's not a big deal if I can't adapt to saying here. But, can't you see that Little Woo is also unused to this place? Let's go back tomorrow. Home is definitely more comfortable than living at a hotel."

She thought it over, then she said to Assistant Chen, "You don't need to change the plane ticket. I'll book the tickets. Assistant Chen, you can go do your own stuff. You don't need to worry about us."

Assistant Chen:"......"

His boss still hadn't said anything.

Ruan Lisa naturally had her own considerations. For the readers, this had only been a novel. But now that she had transmigrated here, this was her reality. If Assistant Chen left Song Jungkook's side, his chance at getting into a car accident by himself would probably be minuscule.

"Oh yeah, Assistant Chen, I watched the weather forecast. It's going to rain heavily starting tomorrow evening. If you're going to leave, you should go ahead. Otherwise, the plane might be delayed."

Assistant Chen blankly nodded. Although he felt Mrs Song behaved strangely, she still seemed like a good person.

Song Jungkook didn't know what Ruan Lisa was up to, but in front of outsiders, he wouldn't do anything that would cause her to lose face. And so, he said to his assistant, "Assistant Chen, you don't need to be concerned about us. You can have the rest of the week off and go back later."

Assistant Chen assented. He felt that happiness had come too quickly.

His girlfriend lived in City A, and this was his first time travelling here for work. Of course, he would want to stay here longer.

Song Jungkook didn't have opinions about going back tomorrow, and neither did the chubby kid. And so, Ruan Lisa took on the task of booking the tickets. Song Jungkook didn't question her why she wanted to book their plane tickets herself. Anyways, it was just booking plane tickets. She should be able to do it.

Later that night, as she lay on the big bed, Ruan Lisa was no longer interested in enjoying the night scenery.

A few minutes earlier, right after the chubby kid had gotten a bath, Song Jungkook brought him over. The chubby kid was only wearing a pair of underwear as he and his dad stood in the hallway.

Song Jungkook cautioned Ruan Lisa, "He's feeling hot from his bath. Make sure he puts on a top before going to bed. His stomach has to be covered so he doesn't catch a cold. Don't set the AC at a temperature that's too low either."

Before Ruan Lisa could speak, the chubby kid had whizzed past her and gotten onto the big bed. He happily jumped on the big bed like it was a trampoline.

Ruan Lisa sighed; this was the most that Song Jungkook had said to her so far.
