Backstory: Rohan Mors (real name Reo Ha) came from a simple family on Echiva, but escaped to study in Coruscant as a naval officer. Eventually he graduated and joined the Navy, and would serve as an admiral under Jedi General Chan Isla and her padawan, Devan Raj. During his time spent in the war, his fellow naval colleagues happened to include Vice Admiral Rampart of the venator Fae and Captain Engrid of the venator Lightspeed. Admiral Mors considered them both inferior due to their ranks, but especially hated Rampart for being closer to his rank and being, as he put it, "an arrogant b*st*rd". The squabbling of the officers gave General Isla a constant headache.
After the war, Mors kept his rank and was deployed to his homeworld to imperialize it. He took the opportunity with enthusiasm, willingly selling his people to the Empire.
