3rd Person Pov:

"Ahh, home sweet home," Pappag said, letting out a sigh of relief.

The others (minus Camie) were absolutely astonished at how extra his home was. The pearly white stairs and the purplish roof that covered the mansion. It looked to be made out of some white stone or mineral.

Hancock was also quite surprised. To think that a little starfish could live in a house as big as her palace. Nearby mermaids and Fishmen alike were swooning over him and talking about how great he was. The starfish laughed; he really relished the attention that he got.

Hancock hugged Luffy's arm. On the Snake Princess's face, sat a gentle smile and a light blush. Lucky. She was lucky. That was all the brunette could think as she stood beside him. The others didn't pay any attention to the couple. It seemed that they had gotten used to Hancock's touchy affection towards Luffy.

"When I'm in the water, I'm what you'd call 'a fashionable starfish, ' but on Fishman Island, I'm so much more than that, seeing as how I'm the president and lead designer for Criminal Brand Clothes. The products we make are-"

"Hey what's that. There's a bunch of people over there." Luffy said curiously.

"And there's a Criminal Brand store on the first floor," Camie explained as Pappag sulked for being ignored.

"Cooool," he said with a tone of excitement, while Pappag desperately tried to take the spotlight back.

"How about we go check it out?" Hancock suggested shyly. 'Its basically a date, ' she thought to herself.

"Good idea, Hancock. Let's go, everyone!"

He began running towards the building, not worrying about the others and how they were supposed to keep up. He dragged Hancock at first until she registered what he had said and started to move alongside him, her long, dark hair flowing in the air as she ran.

The little starfish gave up on getting them to pay attention to him. No one cared about what he said anyway. He shook off his feeling of despair and ran after the gang, who were already far ahead of him. The group ran together, only stopping when they heard what seemed to be a disagreement within the store.

"Miss, I'm sorry, but I can't help you. Giving you a discount like that could cost me my job."

"Sounds like someone is giving them trouble. People have some nerve" Camie said, indignant at the sound of the argument.

"Did you not hear me? I don't care how cute the clothes are, they're way too expensive. I demand you lower the price to 10,000 berries."

The group groaned in realization as they recognized the familiar voice. It was Nami. She was arguing with someone at the register. In front of the tangerine-haired woman, on the counter, sat a mountain of clothes. They watched from behind the wall, beside the entrance to the store.

"You must understand, I can not do that."

The group sighed concurrently as they watched Nami scam the poor cashier. Luffy hopped out from behind their little hiding spot excitedly.

"Nami!! It's you!" Luffy cheered.

Nami turned around. Her face lit up as she saw her friends. She was more than happy to see that they were okay and that they had managed to meet up with each other.

"Guys, you made it! I was so worried for you, " she said with a smile. Her big orange eyes widened at the sight of her friends. Her vision narrowed down onto Luffy and Hancock. "And look at you two lovebirds, " she said with a cheeky grin.

The orange-haired navigator only wanted to get a reaction out of Hancock, and in that, she succeeded. Hancock blushed as she hugged his rubbery arm tighter. His arm pushed against her shirt in between her breasts. Nami rushed towards the group, hugging Camie once she had reached them.

Their reunion was cut short by the cashier, who was hurrying towards Pappag to explain what had happened. After a little scuffle between Pappag and Nami about what is and isn't a fair price, the sea star gave in and let her have what she wanted.

"Alright. I guess I do owe you guys for the help you gave me two years back. Whatever you want is free, take as much as you can carry." he said with a smile.

His grin was soon washed away as he watched them work together and bleed him completely dry of everything in the store. Satisfied with themselves, they held sacs full of clothing over their shoulders.

click-clack, click-clack, click-clack, click-clack

The Strawhats turn their attention to a short Fishman in a suit, desperately scampering towards them, his black dress shoes making sharp clicks and clacks against the tile floor. He was green and had a blonde bowl-cut. Once he reached them, he bent over, exhausted, and trying to catch his breath, causing his hair to fall forward over his eyes.

"Monsieur, he's here," he said in between deep and heavy pants.

Luffy and the gang jogged out of the store to see who exactly it was that had arrived. It must've been someone important for Pappag to be notified like that. That's what they thought as they reached the door. They walked down the stairs, four of them still carrying large white bags. All of the people around them, mermaids and fishmen alike, were obsessing over whoever it was.

Ignoring the "oohs" and "ahhs" of the crowd, they gazed up, met with the sight of a whale, wearing a bubble, functioning as a ride for someone. The whale started descending down to their level, carrying a giant merman with red hair and a big orange fluffball for a beard. He was fairly muscular, and atop his head, rested a crown. It was King Neptune.

"jamon jamon jamon" he laughed as he strutted towards them.

He had nothing but a bracelet on one of his wrists, his crown, and his trident with him, all of them made of gold and decorated with jewels. The crowd worriedly ranted and theorized about what his reason for coming down could be. He never came down to the lesser parts of the island.

"Okay. Who's that old guy?"

"EGHHHH!?! Can't you tell? It's King Neptune, King of the Ryuguu Palace and ruler of this island." Pappag explained frantically.

"That I am." The king explained, earning a series of moans from some of the surrounding women, for simply demonstrating his voice.

"He's huge," Usopp said.

"I'd rather see a mermaid than a merman," Brook complained

"He's super hairy, that's kinda gross... But cool!" Luffy said excitedly.

"Silence! Didn't you hear me? That's King Neptune." Pappag snapped.

But the group didn't pay any attention at all to Neptune. None of them cared that he was royalty.

"Megalo, are you sure that these are the ones you encountered" the king consulted the little shark, who moved from behind his shoulder.

Their eyes opened and their jaws lowered as they recognized the little shark.

"I recognize him, he's the shark from outside."

They huddled together. After a few more nods and whispers, they look back up to Neptune.

"Hear my words, Strawhat people." He said.
