"Ouu, this is a good one," Jess smiled, tilting her phone towards Dai, who nodded in approval as she peered over. We were seated comfortably in a booth at The Orchid, an indoor rooftop restaurant with a nice ass view of the city. I glanced up from the menu, curious about what had caught their attention.
"I wanna see," I said, smiling as I recognized the song "Baby by Me" by 50 Cent ft Ne-Yo playing softly on her phone.
"Mhmm," Jess hesitated, glancing at Dai and back to her phone then to me before reluctantly turning the phone to show me.
It was a TikTok edit of clips from the BTS video of Blessing and me. Parts of us looking at each other smiling, me sticking up the middle finger, his arm wrapped around me with him looking down at me as I spoke.
The video was liked, reposted, and saved to Jess's favorites. The caption read, "The way they look at each other >>," followed by a bunch of hashtags.
Dai chuckled, looking between the phone and me. "If you think that's something, you would hate to see my For You page and Twitter," she teased.
"I didn't know they was making edits and shit to it," I said surprised.
