Gigi and I haven't spoken about what happened and I don't think we are going to. It's been a week. She held my hand the whole ride home and I don't know if it was to comfort me for losing Vinnie or if it was because she was proud of the choice I made. I can't bear the thought of having no idea what's happening in her head. Does she believe what I told her?

Judging how things went this time, I think Vinnie and I are really over this time. I lied about what happened and completely rejected him. He actually walked away. I mean as he should have. What I did was horrible and I'm embarrassed. I would choose Gigi over anyone anytime, but if I'm going to, I should make it clear from the beginning.

I finally get out of the bathroom and head to the kitchen with my robe and bonnet on. I meet Gigi in the kitchen and she's already dressed.
"Lena, check this out!" She jumps off her seat as soon as she sees me.

"Well good morning to you too." I huff.

"Shut up. Dixie and Charli are throwing a big ass party in a haunted house in Beverly Hills and we are invited!" She shoves her phone in my face and I shift back to have a look at what she's trying to show me. It's Charli's close friend's Instagram story. I've actually seen this photo in a few people's stories, but unlike Charli's story, they don't have the list of invites. I know it's a big deal.

"Do you know what that means?" Gigi says excitedly, pulling her phone away. "We get to repost it on our stories!" She sings, dancing around. I laugh at her. Her point is that everyone will know we are going to the infamous Halloween party.

"That's not even it Gigi." I stop her movements by placing my hands on her shoulders. "We get to have the sexiest couples costume!" The costume is the only reason I do Halloween. I love dressing up for it.

"Oh my God, that's absolutely correct. Are you kidding me? So let's start planning, what are we going to be?" Gigi says guiding me to sit down on the chair next to the one she was sitting on before.

"Hey, how about we do something with Mia and Amira? We could be Marvel superheroes!" I suggest. "To be marvel superheroes, I think it's better to be more than just two people, to give the idea of the whole squad. If we're going to an epic party, we have to be memorable."

"Oh my God, word! I'm going to call Mia right now." Gigi says, already pulling out Mia's phone number. As I'm watching her screen, I notice the time in the top left corner.

It's already past 11 and I promised Esther I would come over by 11 to her dorm on campus and just work on some school stuff together.

"Shit, I forgot I was supposed to meet up with Esther today. I'm going to call Larray to give me a ride." I inform Gigi as I walk into the corridor to get to my room and dress up.

"Okay, well I'll tell you what Mia and Amira say." Gigi says loud enough for me to hear from my room.

"Hey, Lena what's up?" Larray finally picks up his phone.

"Larray do you mind picking me up right now?"

"Yeah sure, since you pay me to be your driver and so it's my job!" Larray says excitedly.

"Come on, Larray. I'm really late. I need to get to campus." I laugh at his reply. Gigi and I need to get a car. Except I don't know anything about cars, except how to drive them. But that I'll have to learn too, as it's no longer a right-hand drive. We have to start thinking about that soon.

"I'm bored anyways. I'll be there soon. But you and Gigi need to get a car asap." Larray reminds me and with that, he ends the call.

I decide to call Esther and inform her I am eventually going to come. Esther has been nothing but kind to me and we even agreed on spending a night together in her dorm, because her roommate's bed is always free. This her roommate has definitely caught my attention. Esther said she's friends with some of my friends, so we might cross paths someday.
