Hey Wattpad community, so glad you're on this page as it means you're looking to get a review from yours truly, Jon.
I enjoy reading (think average about 2-3 books per week) and I especially love up and coming authors because everyone has a story. Everyone.
I majored in Media and Communication, so that means I'm cool under pressure. Allegedly.
So far, I have reviewed and translated a few published books by Stefania Gil, Francois Villion and a couple of Wattpad users. I am bilingual in Spanish and English, both being native languages to me.
On to the good stuff, what do I review? There are a variety of options. First off, I thoroughly enjoy Fantasy, Paranormal, Horror, Thriller and Drama stories and being the 'mature' adult I am, mature content is not an issue. I don't do fanfic, if I am unfamiliar with what you are writing about my reviews might sound a bit too critical.
Here are my review options for your reading pleasure, feel free to ask it in either of the languages I am fluent in.
1. Plot review – This review does not focus on grammar or spelling mistakes (unless they are abysmal -and even then, I'll be gentle about it). I believe we are all allowed a rough draft, such as my only book on Wattpad now, straight up ** rough** first draft! I will read and search for engagement, continuity, and lose ends.
2. Character review – this review is straight forward; I will read and search for character development and likeability depending on what your goal is with each one.
Payment – How this works is simple: for 1- Follow my account JSaffina. For 2- follow the account and read 3 chapters of my book and comment as much as you like or a minimum of 2 comments per chapter. For 3- As this is a tad more extensive, I do require a permanent follow to my account and 6 chapters of your choice (excluding the character breaks which are just artwork) and a minimum of 3 comments per chapter.
Reviews can be private or public through the CottageCoreCommunity page, depending on what you're trying to do.
