Y/N'S POV~

The time finally came for mine and Jimin's date and I couldn't be more excited. I was hoping it went amazing although I had no doubt it wouldn't.

I was so excited I could barely contain it. I was looking forward to every second of this, starting right now as I hear the doorbell ring.

When I open the door, I see Jimin standing there with a bouquet of flowers in his hands.

"These are for you." He smiles, pushing them over in my direction. I was smiling like an idiot as I took them from him.

"Thank you. Let me just put these in a vase and we can head out." I say as I go to do just that.

Jimin waits in the living room as I fill the vase up with water and get everything situated.

Once I have them ready, I set them on the kitchen table, deciding I'll take them up to my room once we get back.

I was too eager for this date, and I didn't want to wait any longer.

"Ready?" Jimin asks as he holds out his hand to me.

"Absolutely." I smile as I take his hand and let him guide me outside to his car.

On the way to the movies, we make small talk and I make sure to tell him Jin was going to continue driving me to school.

Of course, Jimin was fine with that as long as I promised to give him some days too which of course, was an easy agreement.

When we arrive at the movies with get some snacks and make our way to our seats.

Luckily the theater we were in wasn't too packed, so it made it a much more intimate setting and allowed us to still be able to talk if necessary.

As the movie started, I couldn't help but to glance over at Jimin.

It was crazy to think I had liked him for quite some time and now here we were, on a date.

If I had known he felt the same I'd have said something a while ago. I'm just glad I did at all.

Although it's been a bit now since I've been in a relationship, I was excited to see where things went with Jimin.

He's so sweet and kind and I just know he'll actually treat me right. It's also a plus that he's insanely hot.

Jimin catches me staring at him and I turn my head away, feeling my cheeks burn.

I hear him chuckle slightly as he pushes his hand in my direction timidly.

I smile as I waste no time in taking it, intertwining our fingers.

Both Jimin and I were smiling as we turned our attention back to the screen, and that's how we stayed the rest of the movie.

Once the movie ended, we decided on eating at a small diner that was close to where we were.

I had been here a couple times with my family, so I already knew all the good stuff to order.

"Did you enjoy the movie?" Jimin asks as we sit down in our booth across from one another.
