Lunch went better than expected, because a simple lunch date had now turned into an Ice Cream Date.
Jess had a sweet tooth for some Butter Pecan Ice Cream with Chocolate Flakes. Mason on the other hand had a sweet tooth for something else, or should I say someone else?
Especially after drinking five glasses of Jack Honey on the rocks. He was quite tipsy but still not drunk. Jess was smart enough to switch from the long island iced tea to a virgin strawberry daiquiri.Symone
Hey, you want to
Hang out today?
Mason
Hey, not really... im feeling
I'm feeling a bit under the
weather.
Symone
Okay, well I can
Bring you some
Soup.
Mason
I'm not really a soup
Kind of guy
Symone
But you love soup...
Mason
Home cooked soup.....
Symone

Mason

Symone
Did I do something
Wrong?
Mason
Listen, I'm sorry if I ever
led you on or made you feel
like there was something
Between us. All I truly
Wanted from you was
Friendship. Im dealing
with way too much to even
think about being with
someone. Im not ready for
anything serious right now.
My main priority is my
family and my business.
I pray that you can respect
that.
Symone
Wow.... So what
Was I to you?
A piece of ass?
Mason
Symone Ive retraced my steps
100x. I cannot remember being
intimate with you at all. I dont
remember coming into your
room or recording anything.
Symone
So I wasnt
Memorable is
What youre
Saying ? Wow
Fuck you Mason!"That'll be $12.50" the cashier repeated herself 3x but Mason still was going back and forth arguing with Symone.
"Mason" Jess shook his arm and he finally snapped out of it. He didn't hear the price so he handed her a $50. Of course leaving the change as a tip.
Jess could tell something was bothering him, and being the nosey person that she was, she was going to find out.
She poked his rib cage which made him look down at her.
"Your ice cream is melting" she told him
"I know" he placed the cup to his mouth, slurping the melted part. Jess used her napkin to wipe his top lip which looked like a vanilla mustache.
"I'm not a baby"
"Yeah Well you eat like one"
"I messed up" he sighed, sitting on the bench, staring at the children skating.
"What did you do? I'm sure you can fix it. You fix everything"
She sat next to him, giving him her full attention.
