1:25am - Masons POV

I've been calling every single hospital, giving them the names of my son, my nephews and Liam. None of my contacts said that anyone by those names were there. I called all five local police departments, no information on any of them was there.

I've never been this restless or scared in my life. Just the thought of losing my one and only son was enough to send me into emotional shock.

Shaking my pills bottle, I took two, chugging down some water, trying to control my breathing. The medication has been triggering me lately and I think my body is too immune to it now because it no longer works. I still have nightmares, wake up sweating or have slight hallucinations. I've been keeping everything under wraps because I didn't want to alarm anyone, but this added stress isn't helping.

I brought Jessica, and Maddison over to my home. Jamison was still at the station for questioning. Everything they had was gone in the blink of an eye. Their passports and government I.D's, bank cards with their money, all gone. Someone tried to hurt them, but who? Why would someone try to blow them up? They don't bother anyone.

All of my major connections are in Chicago, I would've already had the name of the son of a bitch behind this. But being in Carolina, meant I had to wait a little longer. But with my name and money, I'm sure it won't be long before I have my hands around the neck of the person behind this.

"Mmm.. hmm.."

"Shhh, don't move too fast"

Jess was waking up, unaware of where she was. I met her passed out on the concrete, I basically lifted her up and brought her here. She was so out of it.

Ms. Babu made us soup but we had zero appetite. I couldn't eat nor sleep until I know the kids were safe. The police only said that there was a body. That could've been Mj, Liam, Tyson or Caleb. We have yet to receive a phone call from either of the boys and nobody could reach Liam's Bestfriend or his girlfriend who Jamison said was there as well.

It's like everyone vanished. But if they were there, the police would've Identified more than one body. So the question is, where are the boys and why are they hiding?

We're they scared that they'll be in trouble?

Georgia was downstairs using her connections to contact whoever she could. My mother was sound asleep and I definitely wasn't waking her up to give her a heart attack.

"Ma..Mason..."

"Hey, I'm here, it's me"

"I had the worst dream" she sat up rubbing her temples. "I dreamed someone blew up the house and the boys were missing"

Sighing, I got up, making my way to her side of the bed. Taking her hands in mine, kissing her palms. "Jess... it wasn't a dream. The boys are missing and I'm doing everything in my power to find them"

"What ? Missing ? How? Was there really a fire?" She pulled her hands away, growing worried all over again.

"Yes. The police found a bomb outside the windowsill"

"Why would someone ...."

Her sentence was cut off by the sound of my phone ringing. Tapping my pants, I looked around the room, trying to locate it.

"It's over there" she pointed to the nightstand on my side of the bed and I caught it right in time.

"Hello?"

"Mason, where's Jess? I've been calling her"

"She was asleep, what's up?"
