Nyx grabbed Hydrus' robe, pulling slightly at it to stop him from going into the Great Hall.
He turned with a scowl before it was replaced with a lazy half smile.
"Miss me?" He chuckled.
She frowned, pulling him away from the Great Hall to the Inner Quad.
"You!" She yelled as they walked into the Inner Quad, away from all students.
"Me?" He said slowly, his eyebrows scrunching in confusion.
"Of course you couldn't help yourself!" She cried, feeling hot tears fall from her eyes.
"Help myself from rescuing you?" He asked, still confused on why she was angry.
Nyx frowned and shook her head, "no! I'm not talking about that, I'm talking about the secret group!"
"You know about our group?" He asked, his eyes wide with surprise, "how did you find out?"
"Really? You think Calypso wouldn't tell me?" She asked with a small laugh, "we're twins and we tell each other everything."
She stopped for a moment before sighing, "almost everything until she joined that stupid secret group!"
"It's not stupid," Hydrus frowned, crossing his arms over his chest, "I can't believe you, of all people, would say that. It was created to help you!"
Nyx laughed bitterly, "I never asked for that! I didn't want my powers to be taken and then have Thomas lose his!"
"What?" Hydrus said, shaking his head, "it has nothing to do with Thomas losing his powers."
"Yes it does! It has everything to do with that," she cried, frustration building inside as she took a step towards him, "how could it not have anything to do with that?"
Hydrus looked at her, his forehead creasing in confusion, "I mean, I guess we can try to help him too but that wasn't why the group was created. Calypso thought it would help."
"What are you talking about? Calypso wouldn't do this," Nyx said, feeling tears threaten to fall from her eyes again due to frustration.
"She created the group," Hydrus said slowly, "I thought you talked to her about it?"
Nyx shook her head, "you're lying! She didn't create this group! She joined for some reason and it's because of you!"
"Why would she not join?" He asked before shaking his head, "before you answer that, I just want to make sure we're talking about the same thing."
"Of course we're talking about the same thing," Nyx breathed quietly but waited for him to continue.
"We are talking about the secret group that Calypso made where we combine all our notes from second through fourth year so you can try to catch up faster. Right?" Hydrus asked, blinking slowly.
"What?"
"Is that not the secret group you're talking about?" He asked, biting his lip.
Nyx shook her head, "no!" She stopped for a second before adding, "but that sounds like a very nice group and I appreciate all that effort to help me catch up."
Hydrus shrugged, "no worries. Are we good now?"
Nyx frowned and shook her head.
"Oh?"
"That's not the group I was talking about," Nyx said, her anger boiling again as she thought about Calypso and the fear in her voice when she talked about Him.
