first and foremost, we would like to formally apologise for the lack of communication on our end since cartia's birthday 2 weeks ago. we have received countless messages on all platforms and through emails from fans, friends and media outlets - and their representatives. we would also like to extend our apologies to these individuals for our lack of response - and hope you understand our self-designated quest for privacy lately.
secondly, we as a family, wish to state that, while we greatly appreciate all of the love we have received, everything is fine and under control. for our privacy, we will not be discussing details on the situation. while we don't speak for either cartia nor jordan, we want you all to know that your concern and extension of love is incredibly well received by them.
however, we don't want to leave anybody completely in the dark, and although we know we deserve privacy and understanding and therefore will not be mentioning every occurance, we want to update you all on the basics of what's happening and where we are as one big family right now. tony (who many of you know as ironman) graciously allowed us to stay with him and the rest of his soulmates and other avengers at the tower. it originally started as those of us in the immediate family, then extended to the soulmates of heidi, charlotte and jordan. last friday, cartia's best friend sam flew from england along with his family and soulmate; and before speculation starts, they haven't come over for an emergency - the plans were made weeks ago and the brooks' will be spending much more time here in new york. grace and rose then joined us after work travels, and together we have taken up temporary residence in the avengers tower, alongside the avengers 11 and any other member of the team who all come and go.
finally, we would like to officially state that neither cartia nor jordan will be making public appearances for the forseeable future - and unfortunately we aren't at liverty to say how long that will last. we have ensured liasion with anybody who had upcoming work schedules with either, or both of them, and we are all at a full understanding. please do not contact anybody who you may consider this to be about the situation, as they will not be discussing any details. as for the rest of us, we will be present. we will carry on with our jobs and carry out any duties we promised. however, we will only be leaving the tower for any work related business, and may have limited time to spend with any of you we meet. for this we sincerely apologise - we love meeting you all and getting to know you, taking pictures and / or videos or signing things, however at this time we kindly request that it is not taken personally if we decline the requests. additionally, a few events have been postponed. we absolutely will not cancel anything, however a lot of things have had to be delayed due to personal reasons. if you were travelling or made any adjustments to attend one of these events, please email us and we will do whatever we can to ensure you are able to make it at a later date - if this cannot be achieved, we will compromise and conpensate anybody for the inconveniences. we don't take our lives for granted and will do whatever we can to help you out.
we promise that all will be explained as soon as all parties are able, and comfortable, to do so. once again, please remember while we will be active in both our online and real life presence, cartia and jordan will not be making any appearances for an undecided amount of time. please respect this notion and understand it's nothing against any of you. but please know that they are okay.
