Hot Emotions

My eyes locked with his, my heart and my body shook. Leo smiled and placed a hand on my shoulder. "I'm not giving up, " he said. And I froze.

"Hey guys!" My attention was broken by Hongbin. Leo removed his hand but I couldn't get rid of the weight on my chest. I dropped my eyes to the floor and quickly wiped my eyes.

I sighed and stood up. Hongbin and the others came over. Ravi threw his arm around my shoulders. He pulled me closer to his body. I felt out of breath.

"You okay, Plushy? You look pale. " Ravi asked and I nodded.

"I'm fine. Just-" I broke myself off. "I just don't feel well I guess. " I answered. I broke out of his arms. "I think I should go home. I'll see you guys later. " I said and smiled softly.

"Want me to walk you out?" Ken asked tilting his head in. I shook my head and raised my palm to them.

"No, stay. I'll be fine. " I reassured and they nodded. Haekyeon hugged me to his side.

"Get some rest, plushy." He said and I nodded as he removed his arm. The others quickly said their goodbyes and I avoided Leo's eyes. I walked out. When I was finally outside I allowed the air to sweep down my lungs.

I couldn't get enough. I kept my arms on the little railing and waited for a taxi cab. When I finally got into it I kept my eyes on the floor and waited for home.

The day went in a blur. I came home, fell into bed and waited for sleep. It never came. My thoughts wouldn't let it. It was a wall. So Sehun was right, I should have stayed away.

Leo did like me.

I moved the pillow under my head and sighed. Why is this so tough? I pulled the blankets further up my shoulders.

"Why me?" I asked softly as I ran my nail down the threads of the blanket.

How do I feel about Leo? I don't even know.

I felt the bed sink with weight. "Are you okay?" I heard someone I didn't think would say that. I looked over. Mi-Ok. She looked over with worried eyes.

I nodded and moved my hands under my head. "Just tired. I can't fall asleep. " I answered. She nodded and placed her hand where my leg was.

"You can tell me if you want, " she said softly and I nodded. "I know we haven't really talked since that happened, " she said and paused. "But I'm sorry for that and I'm here for you. " She said and I nodded.

"Alright. " I answered. There was silence for a while. She was getting up and I felt the urge. "Wait. " I said and looked up.

She paused. Her eyes going over me again. I dropped my eyes.

"Can you stay with me?" I asked. Her eyes widened and she nodded. She came over to the other side of the bed and laid with me.

There was a long period of silence. Her hand went and brushed my hair back. I closed my eyes. My secrets felt like they were going to burn out of my chest. I felt horrible for keeping them but I couldn't let them out either. I crinkled my eyes.

"It's okay, " she whispered to me. "I won't tell anyone." She knew I was hiding it. She knew I was.

I gripped the sheets and parted my mouth as it flowed in crushing waves. "Sehun and I -" I broke off. I wanted to but I couldn't.

"I know, " she whispered. "I know. It's okay. You don't have to say it. I saw you guys. " She whispered.

I looked up with wide eyes. She was focusing on my hair. "I saw you guys holding hands the day before we debuted, " she said softly. "It's okay. I won't tell anyone. I knew it was going to happen sooner or later. " She whispered.
