At last, we successfully got everyone into the car along with their belongings. Everyone being my twin brother, Ron, my older brothers, who also happened to be twins, Fred and Goerge, another older brother of mine, Percy and my little sister, Ginny. I also had two other brothers, Bill and Charlie. Bill worked in Gringotts Bank while Charlie studied Dragons in Romania. And yes, I am fully aware of how ginormous my family is and no, for your kind information, we do not all live in the same room.
Now what's the platform number? Mum asked. Nine and three quarters, I replied swiftly. Excitement was bubbling inside me, unlike Ron, I loved learning. When I was younger, I would even go as far as to steal my siblings' books in an attempt to pick something up. Which ended with a very angry howler from Percy, wondering why his book was covered with pink paint and grumbling how he would never be respected with such a thing.
Alright Percy, you go first, mum ordered. I watched as Percy speeded through the wall between platform nine and ten.
"Fred you next "
"I'm not Fred he is! Honestly woman you call yourself our mother ", Fred replied with mock offense.
"Oh, I'm sorry Goerge off you go "
"I'm only joking, I am Fred ", he answered proudly and proceeded to go through the wall, followed by Goerge.
I rolled my eyes, Fred and Goerge were the pranksters of the house, but they lacked subtlety. I however was the master of pulling unexpected pranks and never getting caught. I silently laughed, recalling the time I had sent them both to school with their heads died completely purple.
Finally, it was my turn to cross, but just as I was about to make a run for it, a bewildered boy came up to us.
"Excuse me, he asked politely, c-could you tell me how to-"
"How to get onto the platform? "I interrupted, "just run through that wall between platforms nine and ten, I instructed.
The boy still looked hesitant, so I nudged and whispered "Hey, I swear if you end up terribly smashing your face in the wall, I'll let you slap me "
He smiled and did as I told him, running through the wall.
It was then me and Ron's turn, we had arrived at the platform.
