I walk into the cafe looking around then I spot a green rooted girl sitting in the window seat, I walk over to her, "Billie!" I say "Allison!" She shouts, she gets up and hugs me.

"how are you doing?" She asks while we sit down "I'm okay" I say but it doesn't sound too convincing. "Are you sure?" She says "I'm sure!" I say with a fake smile "you're lying" she says as she squints "what's wrong?" She asks for the last time, I give in " it's nothing really I just got kicked out that's all" I say as one big sigh hoping she didn't hear me. "Wha- you got kicked out?! God please don't tell me your on the street right now." She says concerned.

"no! Of course not I'm staying with my friend. Kit" I say as I smile "oh my God Allison why didn't you reach out?! I can help you with whatever you need!" She says looking guilty "No no Billie I don't expect anything from you I've just met you again after 2 years! Don't take this out on yourself!" I say rubbing her shoulder in a comforting motion.

She sighs "well stay the night at my house, it's the least I could do! My family is just dying to see you again!" She says with a smile on her face. "That's fine! Let me just call Kit so she's not worrying about me" I say with a smile.

"Yayyy!" She shouts while clapping her hands. I grab out my phone and call Kit after 2 rings she answers "Oye nena, ¿está todo bien?" She asked concerned "sí, todo está bien, mi amor, solo quería decirte que no estaré en casa esta noche, me quedaré con Billie." I say nicely.

"ohhh okay my love text me her first name her last name her middle name her nick name her address her childhood dog's first name her email address her social security number a copy of her birth certifica-"

"okay okay" I say cutting her off, billie sitting across from me blushing in embarrassment "I'll be just fine mi amour okay?" I say in a comforting voice "alright babe, but if anything happens to you God so help me I will find her and kill her" she whispers that last part.

"okay bye I'm hanging up now" I say as I hang up, I put my phone down in embarrassment "I'm so sorry Bunny" I say trying not to laugh "hey I remember that nickname!" She says laughing."that's new though" she says looking confused "what?" I asked also confused "fluent Spanish?" She furrows her eyebrows and laughs "Oh yeah! Kit and her family took me in for the first time shortly after we stopped talking 2 years ago and I've been living in and out of her house since, most of her family only speaks fluent spanish so I adapted to my surroundings and learned spanish" I say awkwardly.

"dude that's so cool!" She says "not the living in and out of her house part though let me clarify" she awkwardly laughs "no I know what you meant" I say. "Soo are you guys..Like dating?" She asks while staring out of the window "what oh my God me and Kit *fake gagging noises* absolutely not we are just very flirty people" I laugh. "but don't ask her if we are dating her first word after that will be yes she thinks it will scare everyone away from me so she can "have me all to herself" she's a big dork" I laugh while pulling my hood off.

"wanna eat something?" she asks with a smile "No thanks! I just ate right before I got here!" I lie with a smile, it must have been really convincing because she nodded her head, "wanna head out then?" She asked "sure!" I say excited to see the family again after awhile, we both walk out to the car and get in, she starts driving "sooo" I say breaking the silence "is finneas still with uhhh what's her name..?" I ask curiously.

"oh Claudia? Yeah they've been attached at the hip ever since they started dating, she's exactly the same as she was when you last saw her, honestly we all are." She says with a bittersweet smile. "That's good to hear!" I say smiling "I wish I could say the same for me, I'm really sorry by the way." I say "why?" She asks while furrowing her eyebrows "because I never reached back out? It wasn't fair to you" I say genuinely sad "Girl what? It wasn't your fault! We were like 16! You couldn't help that you had to move. Let's just look at the bright side, we are both here right now" she says smiling
