The day school opened again, Sai had an inkling that it would be a more headache inducing day than usual. So he had already pumped himself with his special suppressors and headache medication along with back-up medicines in his backpack.
He took his seat at the back next to the white and red haired boy, Todoroki, and then took out his notebook while writing down all things on his agenda for the following week and the sports festival. He knew without a doubt that the sports festival was around the corner and that he had to work on how he can reveal his powers as minimally as he could.
"Whatcha got there, Fuji?" A preppy voice called out to him as he looked up and saw the electric blond and the purple pervert grape.
"Just some stuff," he replied curtly with a smile as he closed the notebook and put his pen down. "I'm just taking notes-"
Just then their homeroom teacher strolled in, wrapped head to toe in bandages. Everyone's shocked gasps filled the room meanwhile Sai just rolled his eyes as he expected this to happen.
After some concerned objections to the teacher's presence and his answers, Aizawa got to the main point without wasting any time.
"Don't let your guard down. The fight's not over yet," he said as the class was overcome with panic.
'Oh no! Will the villains attack again?!' 'Are we being threatened by villains again?', was what everyone was thinking. Sai just sat there watching it all unfold. Afterall, none of this was too hard to deduce.
"You have the sports festival coming up," Aizawa said to cull his panicked class. "It's a chance that will only come once a year for the next three years that you study here. Make the best use of it for the sake of your career."
With that they got to rollcalls before the class was dismissed. Immediately, an excited atmosphere enveloped the class as they began to chat with one another.
"I am going to do my best!" Urakaka yelled with a fierce, determined look on her face. "Let us all give our best!" She said as steam poured out of her nostrils.
Sai sighed at the overenthusiasts of his class as he shut his notebook and decided to prepare for his next class. He wasn't really bothered about anything besides trying to figure out a strategy so that he could execute his next plan as smoothly as possible. All of this was just stepping stones towards the grand plan afterall.
However, he was brought out of his pondering soon enough.
"Fujishima! Are you excited for the sports festival?" Kaminari asked him in a cheerful voice. "It's the-"
"Most anticipated event around the world ever since powers came into play and Olympics lost it's appeal? Yeah, I know," Sai interjected. Who didn't know about the sports festival of UA? It was something that had global eyes on it from every where. There were bound to be some interesting revelations regarding the upcoming heroes this time in the underground as well. And this was the greatest opportunity for any quirk analyst as him.
"How are you going to train? And is there anyone training with you?" Tokoyami asked as he looked over from the little huddle that had formed in the back of the classroom consisting of Shoji, Koda and Jiro. It seemed like all the emos of the class had gotten together. Especially because they were standing near to Todoroki's desk.
"I... will be busy with some things. So, I don't know how I will train. My quirk, as you've seen, is pretty versatile," he replied carefully. He didn't want anyone to be training with him. The very idea of someone training with him... brought up some bad memories which he didn't want to recall if possible.
