Max told Will that her plan was to go get ice cream and at the same time pick up El.
She went to group chat and made sure to tell everyone.
Will texted Mike.
Will
Will: hey, Mike, you know Scoops-Ahoy, right?
Mike: yeah, why
Will: we are all gonna meet up there for ice cream and pick up my sister
Mike: oh ok. i'll be there. but I'm not paying
Will: haha, no Max is. she is my sister's best friend and the sponsor because she couldn't just watch us play alone
Mike: watch?
Will: ya, her and my sister rarely play, but since it is the marathon, they might
Mike: oh, ok see you then
Will: ya, bye

Max left her house to go Scoops when she got a text from Will asking where she was.
She groaned as she hurried into her red car and texted the she was on her way.
And she drove as quickly as she possibly could.
When she got there everyone was there.
Waiting for her.
She walked in and went straight to El.
El greeted her.
While El got for Max her favorite ice cream, the others walked over.
"Why were you so late?" El asked handing her ice cream.
"You can't rush me! Would you tell a rose to bloom faster? Huh, NO!"
"Okay...well now that you are finally here. This is Mike everyone and Mike, this is everyone." Will said
"This is Dustin, he is the funny one, this is Lucas, is the annoying one," Will said earnig himself a punch in the arm.
"See...anyway, this is Max, she is the rude, and my sister is the, kind, creative, artsy, pretty, and over all best one."
"No Will, you are." El said sweetly
"Thank you El, oh and now Mike could be the cool one." Will said whilst El snuck out back quietly
"HEY! I thought I was the cool one?!" Lucas yelled dramatically
"HA! Well you thought wrong." Dustin nearly screamed.
"Okay, I have finished cleaning up so we can leave." El said sitting on the counter.
"Will are we having the party at our house or...?" El asked
"Yeah, let's go before Lucas pulls off Dustin's head." Will said.
El giggled
And they headed to the Hopper/Byers house.
