Connie is a 14 Year old girl who is found visiting her moms home town Gravity Falls. After her parents car get a flat tire, she manages to sneak off into the forest and comes across a strange statue in the middle of a clearing. She decides to shake the statues outstretched hand, but that soon turns out to be a huge mistake. She ends up releasing Bill Cipher from Stan's mind. But to Bill's shock he realizes his powers aren't working like they should, leaving him furious with being unable to take over the world. Eventually Bill notices something about Connie that makes him think of the perfect plan.
