Friday night came around, and Steve was, once again, panicking about what to wear for his second date with Eddie. Eddie hadn't told him where they were going either, so he didn't know how to dress.

"Robin, can you please get off your phone and help me?" Steve huffed at his best friend, who was sprawled out on his bed, playing on her phone.

Robin let out a dramatic sigh, locking her phone and putting it down. "Steven, stop being so dramatic."

"Please just help me, Robs. And stop calling me Steven," Steve rolled his eyes, practically tearing apart his closet. "Do I wear something nice? Casual?"

"Just wear one of your teacher outfits! Those are pretty safe," Robin exclaimed, sitting up quickly.

Steve sighed but agreed with Robin, his outfits he wore while teaching were pretty safe to wear. A good cross between casual and nice. He picked out an outfit after a minute or two, and shooed Robin out of his room so he could change. He fixed his hair and sprayed his favorite cologne.

It was one he used to win over girls, but now all he could think about was winning over Eddie.

"Damn! What's up, hot stuff?" Robin shouted from the living room as Steve walked into the kitchen.

"You think this looks okay?" Steve worried, once again.

"Steve, if I think you look good, Eddie definitely will. Relax," Robin reassured a very frazzled and scatterbrained Steve.

A knock on the door interrupted their conversation, and Steve took a breath before opening the door.

"Well, hi, pretty boy," Eddie greeted him, a rather big grin on his face.

"Hi yourself," Steve returned the smile, subtly glancing at what Eddie chose to wear. Very similar to what Steve was wearing.

Steve made a mental note to listen to Robin always.

"Ready to go?" Eddie offered his hand to Steve, who took it eagerly.

"Use protection!" Robin exclaimed as Steve went to walk out the door.

"Shut it, Buckley!" Steve retaliated, shaking his head at Eddie, who only laughed.

Eddie lead them to his car, which Steve adores. It makes him miss his old BMW. There's also the added bonus of watching Eddie drive a Mustang, which Steve very much enjoyed.

"I'm over here, Harrington," Eddie teased as he noticed Steve admiring the mustang, which Eddie appropriately named 'Hellfire', after his D&D club.

"I don't know, Munson, your car is gorgeous," Steve replied, giving Eddie a small smirk and a wink.

"Can't disagree with that," Eddie opened the passenger door for Steve, who got in and thanked him.

Eddie got in the driver's seat and made sure the car was in neutral before starting it. Steve wondered why he drove a manual car when everything around here was automatic, but he had to admit, watching Eddie's tattooed arm shift between gears while driving was incredibly hot.

Eddie started to play the playlist he made for Steve. He added more songs before he picked him up and wanted to make sure Steve heard them.

Steve listened as a song he hadn't heard before came on. He knew it was Eddie's playlist for him, but this one must've been new. Steve made sure to check it every morning for updates, but hadn't seen any today. He glanced at the screen on the radio and made a mental note of the song name, Follow You by Bring Me The Horizon.
