The universe is too wide
To comprehend,
A God way too powerful
To place in a box;
What if we thought
We understood creation,
Only to be proven wrong?
I wonder the glorious secrets
Heaven keeps from our
Small, narrow minds.
I want to ask creation
To sing me a song that
Sheds light on what I’d
Love to know…
But maybe the Creator
Knows I wouldn’t handle the knowledge,
And when I meet God,
I want to be good and ready.
