It doesn't take us long to punch straight through the enemy's outer ring of defences as the dreadnought effortlessly shreds through the flimsy shields protecting these ships while remaining unharmed.
Shae: There it is, up ahead.
Breaking off from pursuing an enemy fighter, I make a beeline for the ship up ahead, aiming for its hangar bay.
As it opens to let out another fighter, I fire destroying the fighter attempting to launch before ducking inside and committing to a swift landing. Before we've even come to a stop, Shae's off my lap and outside firing at pirates as they take cover.
Laughing to myself for thinking she'd wait on me, I consider using the fighter to kill them all but quickly decide against it as the armour of the ship might not be strong enough to withstand such an attack from the inside and we wouldn't want to blow a hole in the ship.
Djin: [Most of the enemy has been eliminated. We're chasing the few stradlers trying to escape. Do you need any assistance?]
Shae: [We already have reinforcements.]
As the words leave her mouth, eight Mandolorians land in the hangar behind her and together, make quick work of the remaining enemy.
Once the path is clear, I step outside and begin making my way straight for the bridge. I don't know the exact layout of the ship but using the force I'm able to get a general idea of where all the living onboard are and given the steady line of bodies between me and a certain area, all I need to do is follow the line.
Opening the doors, we're immediately under heavy fire but I effortlessly bat the incoming rounds aside while pushing forward. Those behind me return fire and one after the other, enemies fall.
At some point, they seemingly realise the futility of attacking us and begin retreating. I continue pushing forward until we arrive at a reinforced door.
Me: Would you like to or should I?
Shae grins as we all step back, taking a bulky weapon from one of the men with us before aiming at the door.
Shae: Surprise-
BOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!
Shae and our escorts enter first, quickly securing the room. When I finally step in, I find all its occupants kneeling on the ground in defeat. One in particular catches my eye with her blue skin and pink hair which stands in stark contrast to virtually every other person in the room and yet, she somehow reminds me of me.
Me: Awfully bold of you to attack my ship
????: If we had known you were imperial-
Me: Ahh...but we aren't.
She looks at me with suspicion as I walk around the bridge, running my hand fingers over the various consoles as I pass by.
Me: I'll get straight to the point. You have a few choices here. You and whatever remains of your crew can either serve me or die.
