Ch. 3 Who is this beautiful little Lady?

It has been a week since Lily and James brought Tulip and Harry home. It is Friday, August 8, 1980. Lily is dressing Tulip and Harry in matching onesies in the nursery room. Meanwhile, James returned to work at the Ministry of Magic as an Auror.

" You two are so cute!" Lily gushes. She grabs a camera and begins to take pictures of Tulip and Harry.

Tulip happily kicked her little feet since she liked seeing Lily be happy. Meanwhile, Harry threw up on his onesie, causing his mother to frown.

" Ugh! Harold! Did you have to puke on your onesie?" Lily shakes her head. " I am so glad that Magic exists so I can get you cleaned." She pulled out her wand and used a spell to clean Harry's onesie.

A ringing sound grabs Lily's attention. " Winnie! Who is that?" She asked, causing a female House Elf to appear beside her.

" It's a Wizard, Lady Potter. He says his name is Cornelius Fudge. He states that you know him." The female House Elf looks at Lily.

Lily's emerald-green eyes sparkled. She begins to recall befriending a young Wizard at Hogwarts, who was a Ravenclaw. And the two bonded over their love for Potions and Herbology.

" Thank you, Winnie. Can you let him in and escort him to the living room?" Lily asked.

" Of course!" Winnie disappeared.

Lily hears the door open and close. She puts her wand away, grabs Tulip and Harry, and walks out of the nursery room.

Downstairs, nineteen-year-old Cornelius Fudge sits on a couch, drinking a cup of Earl Grey that Winnie gave him as he waits for Lily. His brown eyes blink when he hears footsteps walking down the stairs. He puts the cup down and smiles when he sees Lily walking down the stairs with Tulip and Harry in her arms.

" Oh! Let me help you!" Cornelius stands up and walks towards Lily.

" Thank you." Lily hands Tulip to Cornelius.

" And who is this beautiful Little Lady?" Cornelius asked.

" Her name is Tulip Dorea Potter." Lily introduced Tulip to Cornelius. " And this here is Harry James Potter." She lightly grabs Harry's hand and waves it at him.

Cornelius looked at Tulip and Harry and smiled at Lily. " They are beautiful, Lily. Congrats to you and James." He speaks.

" Thank you. How are you and Abigail?" Lily asked. She walks towards the couch and sits down with Harry on her lap.

" Abigail and I are doing well. We are sorry that we couldn't invite you and James to our Wedding. We thought it was best to invite close family since you know alot has been going on lately." Cornelius walks towards the couch and sits down with Tulip on his lap.
