Ch. 14 Where are we?

Everything happened so fast for the eleven-year-old male Slytherin Wizard named Sebastian Sallow.

One minute, he confronted a bully, an eleven-year-old male Gryffindor Wizard named Garreth Weasley, who was physically harassing his dear friend and Slytherin Housemate, Ominis Gaunt.

And the next, Garreth and his buddies threw sand all over him and Ominis. He felt his body getting lighter than usual, and his brotherly instincts kicked in, crawling towards his friend and holding him close.

" What-What is happening?" Ominis asked, looking scared.

" I don't know. But, hold onto me tightly, Ominis," Sebastian calmly spoke, trying his best not to let his new friend know that he was scared.

Garreth and his buddies stopped laughing when they saw the two Slytherin students glow and disappear. They panic and freak out when they realize what they have done.

Sebastian felt his body return to normal and opened his brown eyes. His eyes widened when he saw that he and Ominis were falling from a high distance. His arms tightened around the other Wizard.

Ominis opened his pale eyes and blinked. He felt Sebastian tightened his arms around him. He sensed his light blondish-brown hair swaying and his skin shivering from the cold air.

" Don't freak out, Ominis. But, we are falling towards a lake!" Sebastian shouts.

Ominis stared at Sebastian with mixed emotions.

" Brace yourself and hold your breath!" He heard Sebastian.

He wanted to say something but couldn't when he and Sebastian fell into a lake.

The impact caused Sebastian to let go of Ominis. He begins to freak out since the water is dark, and he has difficulty seeing his friend.

Ominis felt his whole body getting wet, and with his school uniform, he felt himself getting sunk to the bottom of the lake.

Sebastian patted all over himself and looked relieved when he felt his wand in its wand holster.

He grabs his wand and mentally uses a spell he learned from one of his books that illuminates the lake. His eyes widened when he saw Ominis getting sunk to the bottom of the lake because of the weight of their school uniform.

Ominis faintly saw a light and a shadowy figure swimming in his direction.

' Ominis!' Sebastian internally shouted and swam towards Ominis.

He reached his friend, wrapped his arm around the other male's waist, and used all his strength to swim up for air.

Ominis gasped when he felt the mixture of air and water all over his face and body.

" Where-Where are we?" Ominis asked, looking at his surroundings warily.

" I don't know, Ominis. I don't recognize this place. I doubt we are in the Forbidden Forest because this Forest seems livelier instead of dark and eery that our school's Forest is known for," Sebastian responded.

" Hey!" A feminine voice grabs the two Wizard's attention. " Are you two alright?" She asked.

Sebastian looked at his surroundings, and his brown eyes widened when he saw a beautiful girl close to his age with thick wavy black hair that fell on her shoulders and almond-shaped light green eyes, wearing a mint-green dress and brown knee-length sandals that made her look like a Princess jumping off of a glowing Stag and running in their direction.

Ominis' pale eyes blinked when he heard a sweet, melodious voice asking them if they were alright.

" Help him! Help him!" He heard Sebastian tell the feminine voice.

He heard splashes of the girl's footsteps walking in their direction. He felt dainty hands tightly grasp his arm sleeve and pull him up, and with Sebastian's help, he could stand up.

" It's okay. I got you," The feminine voice spoke to Ominis.

Ominis' pale eyes intently stared at the girl.

Even though his world is dark, the sunlight surrounding Ominis outlines the girl before him. He wasn't a fool. He imagined the girl looked surprised that he was blind.

" Who are you?" Ominis heard Sebastian ask.

" My name is Tulip Potter," The girl softly responded. " And who are you?" She asked.

" My name is Sebastian Sallow," Sebastian responded.

" And I am Ominis Gaunt," Ominis spoke afterward.

He felt himself walk, letting him know that Sebastian and Tulip are guiding him out of the lake.

" You aren't wearing Hogwarts uniform. That must mean we are far away from Hogwarts," He heard Sebastian comment.

Tulip looked at the two mysterious Wizards from head to toe when Sebastian mentioned Hogwarts. She and the boys stood beside Elijah, the animal staring at the Wizards curiously.

" I am aware of Hogwarts' current uniform. And what you two are wearing, is not it," She remarked. " Your uniforms look like something from the late 1880s'" She rubbed her chin.

" It is 1886," Sebastian raised an eyebrow, thinking that the era they are currently in is 1886.

Tulip's eyes widened, looking at Sebastian and Ominis worryingly.

" Um. What day do you think it is?" Tulip asked.

" Today is October 2, 1886," Ominis responded.

Tulip looked at Ominis in disbelief when she heard of the supposed date.

" However, Weasley decided to throw a prank on Ominis and me. And it took us from Hogwarts to here. Where are we, to be exact?" Sebastian asked.

Tulip lightly bites her lips since she knows that Ominis and Sebastian are far away from home and precisely far from time.

" We are in Wiltshire, England, specifically in Fudge Property," Tulip responded.

Ominis and Sebastian looked surprised to hear that they were far from Hogwarts.

" Not only that. Today is June 22, 1991," Tulip stared.

Sebastian dramatically coughs.

" Are you-Are you saying we are 105 years into the future!" He shouts.

Ominis winced since he was standing between Sebastian and Tulip.

" No way. No way! We can't be in the future," Sebastian walks back and forth, freaking out.

" I'm not lying," Tulip stated.

" She's telling the truth, Sebastian," Ominis responded since he sensed the honesty from Tulip's voice.

Sebastian stopped walking and turned to look at Ominis and Tulip with mixed emotions.

" Anne! I left Anne alone!" Sebastian puts his hand on his chest and falls to his knees, looking at the muddy ground with wide eyes.

" Anne?" Tulip looks at Ominis.

" She's Sebastian's twin sister," Ominis responded.

Tulip frowned, looking at Sebastian with sympathy since she knows what's it like to lose a twin since it's been ten years since her twin brother disappeared.

" Maybe my Papa knows what happened to your sister 105 years into the past," Tulip softly spoke, which Sebastian and Ominis heard.

" And who is your Papa?" Ominis asked.

" A brave, intelligent, ambitious, loyal Wizard named Cornelius Fudge. He recently became Britain's Wizarding World's Minister of Magic," Tulip smiled.

Sebastian and Ominis looked surprised to hear that the girl in front of them was related to an influential political figure.
