"I warned you that I'd stomp on your heart and put my interests first always. You can't put everything on me now!"

Wednesday's face was red, contrasting her pale features as she yelled angrily. She tried to act emotionless but the slow rise of her anger was starting to show.

Tyler glared at her.

"But you were changing! I thought you were different toward me. With me."

"Well, I'm not."

The look of hurt flashed over the boy's face.

"Does that mean I'm no one special to you? I am just like anybody else for you? A mere nobody."

He whispered the last part, the slight tremble of his hand told the girl that he was beyond hurt and anxious. Anxious of losing this relationship. Losing her. But at that time, her ego and arrogance were the only things that remained on top.

"Yes."

It felt like the time halted to a stop and even the air was heavier, thick like it could be cut with a knife.

Tyler exhaled sharply, a menacing and sad, humorless laugh escaped his lips. He rubbed a hand over his face.

"Fine. I hope you live happily in your miserable life, Wednesday Addams. Don't count me to be a part of it anymore." And he left.

It's been a week since the argument and neither have approached the matter to resolve yet.

Tyler was determined this time. He always gave in to whatever Wednesday asked of him, however she treated him, he was the one to talk to her. Apologize to her. But not anymore. If he really did mean something to her, she'd have to come on her own. If not, Tyler would forget all about her and move on.

He couldn't possibly grab onto a fading one-sided relationship forever.

On the other hand, the goth girl was going crazy in her mind. Her extinct heart, that only started beating for a certain curly haired boy, was thudding obnoxiously in her ribcage and she felt suffocated.

Her fingers itched to run through those smooth, honey curls. She longed to see his smile directed at her, or his strong arms around her body, she was craving him. But she wasn't one to give in such petty, pathetic emotional crisis.

So, she gritted her teeth, pulled the comforter over her head and screamed on the inside.

Another week passed by and Wednesday realized Tyler wasn't returning this time.

She often sneaked or peeked into Weathervane and saw how perky and smiley he looked, charming as always. And here she was, bags under her eyes, cheeks puffed and hair all messed up, just because of one fucking boy.

After a lot of self-debate and thousands of lectures from Enid, Wednesday came to the conclusion that she couldn't live without the boy and she was wrong, it took all of her inner power, but she admitted it to herself.

This particular morning, she took time to shower, thoroughly applying shampoo to her long hair, scrubbing her body and rinsing the soap and shampoo clearly. Then she put a towel around her hair, another around her body.

She hummed a funeral song while walking to her closet and shuffling through the dark clothes for something wear.

Enid eyed her suspiciously.
