I'm currently hiding from Benedictis, my last run-in with him ended...strangely.

With him...kissing me.

And I didn't...reject him.

Goddess.

What do I do? Do I just keep avoiding him, until we both get over it...whatever happened, or just wait until I forget about the incident altogether?! I know he's outside the door, quiet. He hasn't moved. Just muttering. I can't hear what It is exactly but I think...he's arguing with himself.

I'm conflicted.

So, so conflicted.

Drake was much more simple.

Wait...Don't compare them, idiot self! How dare you, conscience?!

...I never felt like this with Drake.

But maybe that's because I knew him longer than three weeks. And fell in love with him over many years. We had this..understanding that Benny-Ben-Ben and I lack.

I mean, the only thing I know about Ben is that...he's a god? Or something like that? And his hair is soft...and his lips...

GAH!

No!

Don't you dare, brain!

No going back to the past!

I miss drake.

Benny-Ben-Ben is so complicated.

And all I know is his name.

And I kissed him.

I kissed him!?

What was I thinking?

I miss Drake. And Jullianne. Sheri. Irene. The twins.

I miss my family.

I have no idea how I'm going to get back.

I also don't know where I am. Maybe...a forest?

The door was mint green so I thought...Ice cream parlor? Ooooh, I want ice cream now! I wonder if one of these doors does lead to an Ice cream parlor? Maybe a grape-colored door? Or would It be a white door with sprinkle dots?

Whatever.

It's a nice forest, though. Dark dirt; lush, vibrant green; the perfect sunshine...It's simply beautiful.

Oooo, pretty cottage!

So, I was in a forest, with a small, brick cottage. There was a round wooden door, three glass-stained windows, and a black wood roof.

I opened the old wooden door, listening to the creak and coughing at the dust that blows into my eyes and nose. Like with pepper, I sneezed big time. Yuck.

It was a one-roomed home, a studio, really, since the "door" was...well, a pale blue curtain. There was a bathroom, which was literally a sink and a giant tub. There was a small closet-like door in the bathroom which was really the toilet.

There was a small, slightly old-fashioned kitchen, (you know this is an alternative fantasy world when they have fridges, open flame stoves (it's a stove with four small holes, about the size of a baby's hand that you place your pots and pans on. This stove has a similar opening for where an oven would be now, but you put wood there and lite it on fire, heating up the stovetop.) and a giant fireplace with a big pot hanging on a metal horizontal pole. there was a smaller fireplace with a small lounge chair and a wall-to-wall bookshelf filled with old books I've never heard about.

Fascinating.

And the fridge is full.

I could avoid Benedictis for a while in this "room".

I died and woke up in an otome game (BL)Where stories live. Discover now
