Age in Appearance: 17-18 Actual Age: 908 Personality: Usually behaves and acts like a clever and intelligent 18 or 19-year-old. Each time he regenerates, his new appearance tends to stay in the age range of 17-20.
Background: He's the biological brother of the Doctor. His Type 40 TARDIS has the same issue with its Chameleon Circuit, leaving stuck as a blue police box as well. As a result, both him and the Doctor have mistaken each other's TARDIS for their own whenever they happen to be in the same place. Back on Gallifrey, he led a dull and uninteresting life, working as a Dimensional Engineering Theorist - but now, he travels Time and Space in search of adventure!
