Your POV

When I finally found Yang and Blake, they were in the now destroyed cafeteria being approached by none other then Adam Taurus. I saw that Yang was unconscious and was missing an arm and Blake was unable to move. As Adam continued to approach them, I called out to him and said, "Hey, Taurus! Yeah you, the dummy with the horns!"

He turned to face me and said, "Oh look at this, another one of Blake's friends." I frowned and said, "Leave my friends alone!" He laughed and said, "What are you going to do if I don't?" I clinched my fists and said, "I'll make you regret it!" Then he ran at me and went to punch me, but I caught his fist. Raged and confused, he asked, "Who are you?"

I grinned and said, "I'm the Nightingale!" Just then I heard a slightly distorted and static-filled voice say from behind me, "ALERT! ALERT! The Nightingale has been detected. He is the brother of the Doctor and must be exterminated!" I heard the sound of a Dalek firing off a shot from its ray gun and cried out as I felt the shot hit me right in the back of my chest. I turned to see a part of a Dalek on the ground as it continued to barely function for a few more seconds before the light in its eyestalk faded away completely.

Adam took advantage of the situation and stabbed me through the chest with his sword. I groaned in pain and smirked weakly as I saw Blake run off with Yang. Then Adam pulled his sword out of my chest and kicked my body into a nearby pile of rubble as he said, "I guess those Daleks came in handy in the end. So long, Nightingale!" Then he walked off, leaving me alone in the rubble of the destroyed remains of the cafeteria.

After a few minutes, I managed to get myself out of the rubble of the cafeteria. I held my chest where that Adam guy had stabbed me. Then I felt something that was both familiar, yet also a bit saddening, and I let out a sigh. My regeneration cycle had begun, causing my body to start repairing itself before my entire body would regenerate and change its appearance, which meant that nobody would ever see this version of me again, not even Weiss. This version of me was no more.

I strained my body as I stood up to search for the TARDIS. I didn't see it anywhere, but with all of the destruction and chaos, the HADS had most likely been activated. I went to grab my Sonic Screwdriver, but I then remembered that I didn't have it anymore. I reached into my pocket and found my TARDIS key. I quickly used it with the telepathic field to summon the TARDIS to me. A moment later, I saw my TARDIS in front of me, as it fully materialized.

As I stumbled into the TARDIS, I felt the final stages of my regeneration cycle start to begin as my body started to emit the familiar golden aura of Artron energy once again. I closed the doors behind me and I said in a somewhat saddened tone, "I-I don't want to go. But I know that I don't have any say in this. So whoever comes next, just make sure to do one thing: Never forget to love, cherish, and care about Weiss. And lastly: Tag, you're it."

My body started to glow brighter and brighter until the glow engulfed my entire body as I started regenerating. I felt the familiar surge of pure regenerative Artron energy, as my entire system was rewritten once again, with my very biodata being rewritten in the fabric of space-time as well.

3rd Person POV

After a few minutes, the burst of pure regenerative energy died down and the newly regenerated Nightingale stumbled back a couple steps and then gasped in surprise as he said, "Whoa. Hold on." He moved his tongue around his mouth and added, "New teeth, that's weird. So where was I?"

Your POV

I looked around and saw that I was in the TARDIS. I nodded to myself and said, "Oh, that's right! Weiss!" I flipped the Time Rotor Handbrake and then I moved the mirror that extended out from the console so I could see my new appearance. I saw that now I had orange eyes and blue hair with some strands of brown hair mixed in near the front. It also seemed like this new body was more on the higher end of the usual age range for my regenerations, I looked like I was around 20 or 21 years old now.

I then looked down at my previous regeneration's outfit and said, "This new me doesn't really feel like the kind of person to wear a bowtie like the old me did. Besides this outfit feels a bit off, not to mention dusty and covered in some blood. But I think I might have just the right clothes to fix that!" I went down to the trunk full of clothes underneath the main console and began looking through the contents until I found the perfect outfit.

I got changed and looked at my new look in the mirror. My new outfit consisted of white button-down dress shirt, black dress pants, and I topped it off with an orange necktie and a dark gray long coat with orange trim. I grinned and said, "Now that's more like it. Allons-y!"

As the TARDIS continued to make its way through the Time Vortex, I remembered that my Sonic Screwdriver had been smashed into pieces when that Atlesian Paladin had stepped on it

As the TARDIS continued to make its way through the Time Vortex, I remembered that my Sonic Screwdriver had been smashed into pieces when that Atlesian Paladin had stepped on it. I let out a sigh, but almost immediately after I did, the TARDIS console suddenly dinged and I saw it dispense out a brand new Sonic Screwdriver. I grabbed it and looked at it, taking in how different it was from my old one. It was larger than before and it was packed with more functions.

Unlike my old one's almost completely silver appearance, this one was a mixture of silver, brass, white, and black with an extendable tip that glowed blue

Unlike my old one's almost completely silver appearance, this one was a mixture of silver, brass, white, and black with an extendable tip that glowed blue. I also realized that I could control this Sonic telepathically by just thinking of a function, rather than having to input the required setting manually like I used to. I smirked as I tried it out and said, "Ooh, that's even better than the last one."

I put it in the inside pocket of my long coat and flipped a couple levers on the console, landing the TARDIS at a different location on Remnant that the TARDIS deemed as much safer than Beacon. When it landed, I stepped out to see that I had landed on the Island of Patch and it was now daytime. I felt my body give a sudden violent jolt as I let out a wisp of Artron energy.

I saw a nearby house in a clearing, so I decided to see if anyone was home, so they could tell me what day it was. I stumbled as I neared the front door, feeling the post-regeneration exhaustion beginning to take its effect on me. I heard the familiar sound of a Vortex Manipulator behind me and turned to see none other than River. I raised an eyebrow, confused, and said, "R-River?"

She then spotted me, she rushed over and caught me before I fell to the ground from the lack of balance. Then I felt the full effect of the post-regeneration exhaustion take over and everything went dark as I passed out.

I hope you all enjoyed this chapter. I've had this part specifically planned from the second I started this fanfic, and I really enjoyed writing it.
Master out.
